I bought this fridge in September 2022, I like its design and features. It worked perfectly until 3 weeks ago when it started to emit excessive noise every hour or so, and it lasted for 30 seconds to 1 minute. The noise was getting worse and worse. I decided to contact the manufacture. 3 days before the technician came to examine the fridge, the noise was stopped. The technician confirmed that 1 of the fan motors stopped working. I contacted the manufacture again, they agreed to repair the damaged part but refused to give me a replacement of the fridge. Very disappointed!

We bought this fridge couple of months and we love it! Good for growing families and it has heaps of space. The Glass finish makes cleaning very easy and the shine accentuates the aesthetics. The vacuum compartment is a little small compared to some larger Hitachi fridges but is sufficient for our family. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and Bing Lee service was brilliant.

I bought the fridge last year, I love the ice maker, huge space , the freezer drawers are deep enough to carry the food , amazing customer service one of the freezer drawer came with a slightly cracked they changed within a week , easy to clean , the only thing that the fridge shelves get saggy in the middle when add heavy containers. Highly recommend
Love the fridge, it was every thing we hoped, the ice maker is a bonus we didn't expect. The service and care in getting it too us was beyond standard, nothing was a problem. Happy to recommend
What sold me the fridge was the fact it is made in Japan. The construction of the plastic draws and glass shelves allowed for many adjustments to your particular needs. My model is 5 years old now and still behaves and looks new. No rubber falling off, shelves breaking or the door not quite closing problems unlike some fridges I put up with previously. The fridge motor is a inverter. Meaning it doesn't go on and off at full power but like driving a car revs the motor to just cool or really cools....most of the time it just idles barely running... Running costs are way down. I like having a fridge with glass front doors... Not shiny metal or painted or plastic.. Glass for easy cleaning with no marks or scratches.
As we don't freeze a lot of foods, the selectable Zone is perfect to provide additional fridge space. It looks great in the kitchen, the down side of a black glass finish is trying to get my husband to change his habits of putting his fingers & hand on the glass.
Bought this fridge because our 5yrs old Samsung had a major failure. Decided on the Hitachi brand because it just made sense with its duel freezer/ fridge zone in the bottom and i wanted an ice maker. It's super nice that it has a 5yrs all warranty. The fridge is super quiet. I have a white kitchen and this black glass fridge is so modern and sleek. I prefer it over stainless steel as you just use a microfiber cloth to do a quick wipe. I also want to commend Bing Lee, i was very happy with the delivery service. What set them apart is they sent me a text on the morning of the delivery with a link to the live location of the delivery truck. That is dope!! Good job with the on time delivery and communication. I hope this fridge lasts past 5yrs.
It has everything that we were looking for. Auto ice maker with simple mechanics is really amazing and comes very handy. It’s silent, very spacious and doesn’t have gimmicky features compared to most of the other competitors products and the 5 yrs service and warranty is really good. Daily average energy usage (about 9-10 months) 1kWh/day. In winter average 0.67 kWh/day The top 2 racks tend to sag a little when you put food in it, other than that everything is good
