Hitachi 735L Mirror Glass French Door Fridge RZX740KAX

Absolutely love this fridge. Looks great and has a smart design- makes it easy to find all of our items as they have their own places within the fridge/freezer. The fridge is deep with no space limitations like our old one, it's set quite square. With rounded bits to allow for other compartments you lose a ton of space. Not in this fridge! you can actually hold quite a lot. Ice maker is fantastic, love that it's not in with other food, you don't get any weird smells or crumbs etc. Also like that it is not plumbed in so no risk of water issues, and not located in the door- again no loss of space. I would upload more photos but the max is six photos allowed. You can fit 3 bottles of 2 litre milks in the bigger door of top fridge, and still have room in front of it for 1 litre tetra packs such as bon soy or milk lab almond milk etc. 2 soda stream size bottles fit in the smaller door with room for smaller bottles in front such as fresh juices. The veggie drawer holds wine bottles and probably 3 litre size bottles of milk if you need it to. As for Bing Lee, very fast dispatch, ordered at 7:30PM Thursday and we had it connected by just after lunchtime Friday. We live over an hour from Melbourne. I did call to check and was answered promptly by someone around 8pm at night to check they had received my order. I also called in the morning of delivery to confirm something and they were very helpful. The courier also rang me to confirm delivery time. They also took the old appliance away which was fantastic as we are in the middle of another lockdown here in Melbourne. Couldn't be happier.

This fridge is exceptional Japanese quality. Heaps of storage space with easy to use customisable options including the vacuum seal compartment! The automatic icemaker works really well. This particular model has the auto drawers for the freezer and vegetable crisper, but does not have the auto doors on the fridge compartment. It runs really quiet and it’s a really beautiful feature item for any kitchen. Complete with five year warranty standard!

Brilliant bit of Japanese engineering & clever neat sorting. Had one door only open & went to pop the vacuum compartment open. The fridge realised what I was about to do & automatically opened the other door! (It needs both doors open for the vacuum tray). The ice maker is second to none! It makes ice so quick its ridiculous. When you pop it on quick ice maker for party's its even ballistically quicker! The fridge is very quiet in operation all day & night. The quick menu (which actually hides in the glass panel) works a real treat. You can set temp at a touch, & turn off ice maker, as it makes it so fast that you don't need that much ice. Everything about this machine is quality. I wanted to get the Samsung tap on the glass window door (900 Litre) & when i opened it, the inside was just another fridge. No comparison to this Hitachi Mirror edition. The only down side to the mirror finish is that it leaves finger prints very easily. You find you're wiping down all the time. But because its flawless operation wins you, you easily forget the finger prints. Beautiful Machine.
