Size is in accordance to the guide provided by site. Sun Visor is bigger and more convenient. Quality is great. Better than the older Model of HJC IS MAX-II that I had. Shopping from motocard is always a great experience.

Shoei helmets (full face and modular) have been my helmets of choice, both on the road and the racetrack for over 40 years. For a long time, I considered the HJC line of helmets a poor second cousin, but not any more. I switched to HJC about 5 years ago because Shoei has priced itself out of my budget. As with Shoei, the HJC configuration accommodates a long, narrow face with a strong chin (that’s me). And it is very comfortable and light. I typically wear a large size, and the HJC Bina was a bit tight at first, but after a few rides, has molded perfectly to my head. I choose white or hi-viz helmets for visibility and due to job requirements. The Bina complements my hi-viz jacket and gloves nicely. The Bina also comes with a built-in com system which is sold separately. I purchased the system to replace my 15 year-old Scala Rider com. It is easy to use and produces excellent sound quality. The total price of both helmet and com system was still a far better bargain than Shoei; in my view the HJC Bina is just as good build quality. The only downside, which reflects my very personal preference, is the quick release chin strap. The system does not allow the user to secure the helmet onto a bike’s helmet lock. Personally I prefer the metal D-ring found on other helmets. Mind you, a minor detail, especially that I am now a HJC convert.

I like the new helmet. It's has wonderful peripheral vision and the original helmet had a sun-glass shield that came down on the bridge of the nose, but this has been corrected and the sunglass shield comes down slightly pass the nose.
Website says size for large is 59/60cm but tag in helmet says 58/59 cm, it still fits just little snug but seems to be breaking in to be a comfortable fit. The top air vent when forward and closed does rattle from the wind making a slight taping sound. The website stated that it is pinlock ready so I ordered one with helmet to my surprise it came with one in box ,l would like to have spent the $35 on other gear had known that it had a pinlock shield in box
The clear shield will not lock into place up or down. While riding the shield is constantly moving. The road and wind noise is loud.
Fits great. Very comfortableMy 3rd gen HJC modular helmet.
Thought it came on gloss paint but I love the helmet anyway.
I dropped my i90 and chose to replace it with its successor (this one). It is certainly nice, comfortable, and exceeds the i90 is every respect but one?.HJC made panels on both sides of the helmet for their Smart HJC Bluetooth system. This, however, impedes installing other comm systems. To mount my Sena, I need to glue a mount panel to a smooth section on the left side. On my i90, this was not an issue as it could sit directly behind the visor control. However, the i91's preinstalled mount points for their comm system means I had to relocate the Sena mount almost an entire inch farther back.Since a modular helmet mandates using the boom microphone, this single additional inch means the microphone has less freedom for positioning inside the helmet with the ... MoreI dropped my i90 and chose to replace it with its successor (this one). HJC, don't play this game. You have a good product, and people who have comm systems shouldn't have to worry about being able to attach them to the helmet of their choice. For the above reasons?4 stars.
Very disappointed in this helmet, top vent when open extremely noisey, bad whistle noise when turning your heat left or right. I had a i90 which broke the chin bar. I was hoping the I91 would be better and is not. The otter visor will not stay up. Had the same problem on the i90 but the old I max Was a better helmet?
