HJC i91 Helmet - Titanium - M

Size is in accordance to the guide provided by site. Sun Visor is bigger and more convenient. Quality is great. Better than the older Model of HJC IS MAX-II that I had. Shopping from motocard is always a great experience.

Excellent quality fit and function.

Impressed with the overall quality of the fit and finish, the hinged chin bar works soothly and locks in place easily and securely. The drop down sun visor has an extra articulation to it that allows for it to pass in front of my glasses and then "retract" when fully down to prevent gaps at the bottom of the sun shield. Overall I'm impressed with how good this helmet is given the price, it hits well above its weight.

Functional and comfortable, good helmet option.

Nice helmet. My first modular. Seems very well made, has the potential to hold up well over time. Comfortable fit, very nice padding throughout. A little extra weight but that's to be expected with a Modular. The front locks up solid and has a strong detent to hold in the open position. I'm a fan of the HJC drop down sun visor, nice feature. Added the HJ-33 light smoke main visor. Visor has detents in 4 positions. Silhouette is a little on the big side, but that's kind of par for the course with most helmets. Highly recommended if your looking for a solid modular at a good price point.

Good fit, great value

Well designed and the fit was perfect. The latch works smoothly and the noise level is about half of my old HJC. Great value for the money considering the expense of other helmet lines.

Great affordable helmet!

For the money, this seems to be a great modular helmet. It is reasonably quiet with earplugs, which I use with every helmet I wear. The padding is removed fairly easily and fits comfortably. The front of the helmet stays up even at high speeds but the wind draft will pull your head back so wearing it that way is better at slower speeds. The sun visor works well with the modular section either up or down and is adjustable for various nose sizes. The included Pinlock insert works perfectly in preventing the face shield from fogging up. My only complaint is that the front visor articulations are very weak and the wind even at low speeds will close the visor. I also installed the Sena Smart HJC Helmet 50B Bluetooth & Mesh Communication System which mounts very sleekly and works well with the helmet.

HJC I91 - Plain

I love this helmet, fits me perfect, the visor and interior sun visor are extremely easy to use. It comes with a pin lock that seals completely. It’s easy to fit the Smart HJC 21B intercom system. Interior panels pull out for the speakers and a compartment for the battery is provided.

HJC I91 a very good helmet.

I like the new helmet. It's has wonderful peripheral vision and the original helmet had a sun-glass shield that came down on the bridge of the nose, but this has been corrected and the sunglass shield comes down slightly pass the nose.

Helmet looks great, may run a little large.

I bought 2 of these helmets and a 2 pack of Cardo Packtalk Edge. Everything came impressively fast, I did 2 separate orders and both arrived in BC within 3 business days, awesome! Now for the bad news. My Wife and I had HJC i10 helmets and wanted to upgrade. We ordered the same sizes, medium for her and 2XL for me. The i91 was a much looser fit. My wife's medium seems to work out OK, but my 2XL is way too big for me. Hers fits just snug enough, while mine was moving around on my head even with the chin strap adjusted and the chin bar closed. Good news though, Fortnine makes retuns super easy. I tried it on, fit was too loose, start return, print label, tape up box and send back. i91 helmet

Comfortable, noisy, face shield has 1.5 detents... 1.5 = fully closed and sometimes fully open (will blow closed). I wanted this as a cheaper alternative to my Shoei's (I have 3) with integrated audio system. Saved me about $300 so I have to keep that in mind when I compare features... The face shield drives me crazy, sometimes I want it open a little to get some air flow, this helmet will not do it. Also, D-rings??? How about a quick release???
