I finally found a quiet and comfortable helmet. I have 5 or 6 other helmets, most are pretty good, including an F70 HJC, but this one is far superior. It is not super light but I don't care. And it has excellent ventilation. Also, it is not made in China, but is made in Vietnam, which I am more OK with. One more thing, in the USA this is a DOT rated helmet, but in Europe it is ECE2206.

This is my first modular helmet. I bought it because I do a combination of highway/city driving. Full face on the highway feels safer but it gets hot when stuck in city traffic at stop lights so putting the face up is more comfortable. My other full face helmet is a medium (a little on the tight side). I went with large for the HJC. The fit is comfortable, however, it rides low on my head so the headliner rests right on my eyebrows. Not uncomfortable but also doesn't feel right. I will try it will a skull cap to see if that improves the helmet position.I also purchased the Sena headset designed specifically for this model helmet. While expensive, the performance is superb. Speakers are excellent. Added bonus is that Cycle Gear installed it for me and linked it to ... MoreThis is my first modular helmet. I bought it because I do a combination of highway/city driving. It doesn't go low enough for me & I get reflection from below when the face is up.

Excellent fit, beautiful helmet, lightweight, nice and quiet, nice interior padding.
Perfect fit, well made, good mechanism, cheap vs others companies.
Very comfortable fit and its aerodynamics gives it much less physical drag than my old helmet (especially when turning my head to shoulder check at speed) which also makes it significantly quieter when it comes to wind noise too. No complaints what-so-ever.
Great quality helmet but the shape is not for me. Had to return.
Really appreciate being able to ride with open helmet, zero wind interference
