I don't normally purchase games on the day one of their release. Typically, I'll wait until the price drops then pick them up. For many reasons, I chose to get this game as soon as it came out and I couldn't be happier. Avalanche Studios did a remarkable job on Hogwarts Legacy! The gameplay is nice and smooth and the graphics are beautiful!What's really impressive is the immersive storyline! It'd an action/adventure rpg where you play as your own character, not Harry Potter! In fact, I'm a 1/4 of the way into the game and haven't heard that name yet.I could go on and on, but i want to get back to the game - it's that good! Go ahead and pick up a copy - you won't be disappointed!

Impeccable. Amazing game that's simultaneously Harry Potter and great open world RPG in its own right. Combat is fun and innovative, the world is open and feels alive, while the Harry Potter universe is really well done. If you're on the fence, absolutely get this.Happy I got with Walmart, though I think the only benefit of preordering/deluxe edition was playing early. Otherwise get the standard edition.

But don't take my word for it, get a copy and experience it for yourself. Its a great way to escape our everyday world and immerse yourself in an adventurous universe for a few hours!

This game is amazing pure and simple. There is so much to do in this game that will keep you busy with all the side quests and other things in adventuring. This game lives up to the expectations even if you’re not a Harry Potter fan. This game is a must play for any gamer out there. If you’re able to get the deluxe version, it’s purely worth it. Create yourself in the game and live the wizardry world. Gameplay, story, sound, graphics 10/10.
I'm loving the game so far!! It exceeded my expectations in terms of the story, character development and game mechanics. The grapics are breathtaking. They put so much work on the details! Even exploring outside of Howgwarts is beautiful. The landscapes are gorgeous and the quests are fun! Lots of loot, side quests and opportunities to geek out in this universe we love so much!
I have been searching for a game for a long time like this one. I love the playability. It has a great story line (especially for a Harry Potter fan) plenty of side quests and open world play. Lots of achievements to do for those who like to check off boxes. The graphics are stunning. My favorite part of this game tbh is sitting in the vivarium watching my magical creatures play.
90s kid. Was big on the first movie. Didn't follow much after. But I have to say this is a great game. If you take out Harry Potter notion all together it could have carried it's self. Lot of open worlds have the same formula. Little story and a lot of collectables. Yes these are still there. But in a new way. Your rewarded by actual benefits some cosmetic but some actually macking a character better. The narrative keeps the pace going constant. As you develop your skills it opens the world more. As soon as you get used to things. It gives you more to do. All while not overwhelming you all at once. With a game that lasts longer we all lose interest. Not with this one.
I absolutely love this game...Yes, as all open world games it has a couple of small glitches, but that is to be expected anytime you play an open-world game. Overall, the story comes to life, the characters are memorable, the missions are fun to play, and the overall world is absolutely beautiful. 10/10 highly recommend this game for anyone who was/is a Harry Potter fan, and anyone who enjoys fantasy games. Great game for any fan of the Harry Potter universe including the Fantastic Beasts spin-off series. You are basically the hero of your own destiny and make wonderful friends along the way and a bit of questionable rivalry as well. You start off as a 5 year at Hogwarts you can create a male or female wizard and customize them to your on liking. Battles are epic against stone statue knights dragons and some evil goblins. You can also persuade the talking hat which house you want to represent. To me you tend to forget what era you’re playing even though I know it’s set in the 1800s also it feels a cinematic movie but it my own story to be told.
