Vibram Megagrip supplies the traction, designed to work on loose surfaces when accelerating or braking, with the 5mm lugs spaced so that they clear easily and don’t clog up. A reduced weight CMEVA midsole and the late stage Meta-Rocker provide HOKA’s signature plush ride and energised take-off for a smoother, faster stride pattern. The upper features a dynamic sandwich mesh that flexes with the foot as it moves and can comfortably accommodate the foot as it swells throughout a run. The mesh is breathable to prevent overheating with the toe area protected against rocks and scuffs by a rubber bumper. An extended heel pull makes putting them on easier and reduces pressure on the Achilles tendon.
