European organic formulas are much better for your baby! They do not contain a lot of the nasty ingredients you will find in Enfamil and Similac. He suffered gassiness and constipation, which too often seem to be accepted "side effects" of formula. With the Holle Bio, we've had no such problems. We really like using the Holle brand of formula. The goat based recipe seems to agree with our baby extremely well. We started with this brand right from the beginning thanks to all the research done by my wife.The more stringent standards of the European brands seem to have far fewer recalls and we have never had any digestive issues. Another added benefit of this formula is the much more mild smell. We (me) let ourselves run out once and had to get another brand from a local store. The smell was appalling when concocted. Great formulas and very prompt shipping by the team at organic formula shop.

Our baby has a very sensitive stomach. We tried all of the formulas available in the US for sensitive stomachs and she would still get nausea and rashes. We eventually tried importing this (stage 1) formula and the difference was night and day. We switched to stage 2 at six months and it worked just as well. Even from the US, when we order this by the case, we always have the it within a week.I can't recommend the Hole Goat milk formula enough for babies with sensitive stomachs. I also highly recommend MyOrganicCompany. We purchased somewhere else the first time and didn't have a good experience. Since purchasing from MyOrganicCompany, we haven't had another issue. They are always fast and easy to deal with.
My breastfed baby couldn’t tolerate hipp Dutch like my first did. She would projectile vomit afterwards. I decided to give this a try and she refused it at first because she was only used to my milk for 5 months. So I introduced it slowly about 1oz holle 3-4oz breastmilk for about two weeks then she started to take a bottle of only holle. Her farts are pretty lethal at times from this but I’m glad she tolerates it well and it’s not constipating her or making her vomit. Overall happy I purchased for my girl!
Holle goat milk was recommended to us by our pediatrician when my son was having a hard time switching from breast milk to formula without 1) rejecting the taste or 2) taking the bottle but breaking out. He took to the goat's milk formula right away with no issues. We jumped straight to this formula with my daughter as well and haven't had any issues with her either. I'll add that when I was breastfeeding my daughter, she'd get gas pains. Didn't see that issue when we switched to this formula.Great product!
I sadly had to stop breastfeeding baby #5 for medical reasons. I was petrified to put him on formula because he has some silent reflux & I had an awful experience with my 1st babe & formula. I wish I knew then what I know now!! However it has been the smoothest transition! It was very important to have clean strict ingredients! We never dealt with tummy aches, gas, vomiting, rejecting the taste, especially transitioning from my breastmilk, switching formulas til you find the “best option” which all is unheard of! Holle brand has saved us!! My daughter had tongue tie issues which caused breastfeeding to come with difficulties. When it came time to supplement with formula I worried about the problems of mainstream formulas and all the recalls. Our pediatrician recommended this brand and I will never go back. I started combo feeding with my little one because my supply wasn’t keeping up with his appetite. I’ve never liked cows milk and it seems difficult to digest for many people so I definitely didn’t feel comfortable giving it to my baby. I had, however, heard great things about goats milk being molecularly similar to human breast milk so I had to try it. He loves it and his tummy does too. A great addition to our feeding rotation. Will buy again and again.
