I was so happy to see this foot spa that offered everything I needed for my health needs. Sadly , it broke after several uses. The bubble feature went first. Then the heat feature. The massage feature is pretty hard work unless you are very mobile. Disabled people like me will find it very hard to use as it requires constant leg movements to keep your feet on the massage area. The device is lightweight without water. I refused a replacement because I could see how poor other reviews were. I was put through a bit of a painstaking returns process by Homedics. Interestingly , DPD sent me a photo of my parcel delivered back to homedics depot and there were other Shiatsu Bliss massagers returned besides mine. Very disappointed and very poorly designed. This is my 3rd heating foot spa and although flawed, I'll take it over the others so far. Love the space and the ease of getting in and out. Does not come with remote, but why would you need one, it's not like we're walking around, lol. The bubbles are great, I did have issues with the right side, but figured the temp of the water added (too hot) probably caused an issue and was right. You do need to add warm water though. In my opinion, this more or less keeps the water warm, rather than heat it up, but I'll take bulky yet sexy, non collapsible, non-existent massage balls and an acu puncture for all areas ( which i enjoyed), any day, plus space to move over the rest...I recommend

The foot spa is an attractive looking, fairly large item. Fill with water to the max fill line which is printed on the inside of the left panel (approximately 1.3 gallons), then plug in and touch the power button. sent your massage options to either shiatsu or bubble or both at the same time. You can turn on the heat with one or both of those options selected. It uses a grounding plug which has three prongs. Anything used near or around water that’s electrical should be grounded. The instructions say that you can put warm water in the unit but I was curious how long it would take to heat up so I put about a gallon of cold (72°) tapwater in. It took 30 minutes to get to 100°, so I would definitely recommend using warm water to fill it. The heater does a nice job of ... MoreThe foot spa is an attractive looking, fairly large item. It took 30 minutes to get to 100°, so I would definitely recommend using warm water to fill it. The heater does a nice job of keeping the water warm during use, but the heater is back by the heels so there’s a noticeable difference in the water temperature at the toes (cooler) versus the heel (warmer). It should be noted that the max water level is only a couple of inches to keep splashing out of the top to a minimum. If you have smaller feet, this should not be a problem, but if you have larger feet, you may find yourself wishing for a deeper unit. I wear a size 9 women’s and I found it comfortable. It’s fairly quiet with only the shiatsu massage on, but when the bubbles are turned on, on it gets fairly loud. The bubbles alone were fairly soothing to my feet, and I did not expect that to be the case. The instructions say that the shiatsu massage can be used wet or dry. I did not try it dry. I did try it wet and it is a very nice feeling on the ball of the feet. You can also move your feet so that it will touch the heel or the sides. It has suction cups on the bottom to secure it to a tile floor. The sides also make a nice handle to pick it up full of water easily. It has a shut off timer so it will turn off automatically in 30 minutes but all you have to do is tap the power button to turn it back on. The instructions recommend that you only use it for 20 minutes at a time and that extensive use could lead to the product’s excessive heating and shorter life. It also says to never put any soap, salt, or other additives into the water in this foot bath. Everyone should read all the warnings because there are quite a few.The warranty is a healthy two years. The instructions are to contact them at their toll-free number that they add in the instructions. My experience with this brand is that it makes a nice quality product that lasts a long time. The bottom of the box says that it is direct distributed by homedicsHomedics, LLC3000 N. Tip about epsom salt
2 May 2023

I had purchased the same product from other seller. The manufacturer recommends no salt. You can put one tea spoon of previously dissolved epsom salt in the tub, with several drops of whatever essential oil you usually use. However, after you are done, you need to empty the tub and put regular water; let the tub work for several minutes and then, empty the tub. This is done in order to rinse the air ways from the residual salt build ups. Otherwise, the build ups may block the air flow of the bubbles, which had happened to me. I fixed it this way.

[Rewarded Review] Made My Feet Feel Good
26 October 2022

I will start off by saying that this foot spa works pretty well and so far I have been having a good experience with it. I love that it heats up the water and keeps it warm as other similar products, that is one thing I dislike is when the water starts to cool off. It gets it to a good temperature that is not too hot at all and just feels really good. I like the bubbles although I do wish they were a tad stronger or maybe the option to change how strong the bubbles are. As for the Shiatsu massage feature, it works fairly well but I do wish the position was lower in the tub. I have small feet (Size 5/6 women) and while I could access all parts of my feet, to get it on the heel, my toes were squished up so someone with bigger feet would probably have more trouble. ... MoreI will start off by saying that this foot spa works pretty well and so far I have been having a good experience with it. Also, I could not put a lot of pressure on the massagers as they are not that strong and acted like they wanted to stop if I put my foot down too hard. But overall, the massage felt good although at first a little ticklish (but I'm usually a very ticklish person).Overall, I really like it and it felt really good. It was easy to clean up and I liked that I could use the massager without water if I chose to do so.

[Rewarded Review] Soothing Foot Spa

This is a amazing gentle shiatsu heated bubbling foot spa. If I work all day at home or at work my feet kill me so I have tried numerous products to try and soothe my feet but nothing has helped until I received this amazing product . I found this great Homedics foot spa with smooth rotating massagers. I would definitely recommend this foot spa! It really does help! This is amazing how the unit heats quickly. I am a size 8-1/2 and my foot fits in it and my husband's foot is a 10-1/2 and his fits also. I am able to move my foot around easily in this which I like so it doesn't cramp my feet up cause I have alot of room to move. The water does not splash out which is nice. The plug-in does not come off The tub itself, which if it did, would be helpful for moving, filling, and emptying the tub!The massagers are wonderful quality, however they are placed in a weird spot on the foot bed. They didn’t hit my arch, nor my heel, nor the ball of my foot… Kind of like my lower toes. I am a size 9 in women. I was able to move my foot around and let them hit where they needed to, however this did squish my foot into the top part of the tub! [Rewarded Review] Works good but could use another massage component
20 August 2021

The massager is nice and the placement of the massager within the foot spa is nice because I can move my feet forward or backwards and it allows those area of my feet to be targeted to my personal preference. Also it allows me to place however much pressure that I want to place onto my feet to be massaged. The only downfall for the massage aspect is that it would be nice if there was a massage component at the back of the foot spa near the heel area to be targeted at the same time as the front of the foot. Despite that slight downfall- my feet definitely feel better after using this foot spa!The water warms up relatively quick! When I first started the foot massager I place hot water into the foot spa. It is easy to clean and easy to dry.

This foot spa is easy to use with instructions that are simple to follow. It also looks good and is not awkward to carry even though it’s filled with water. It’s a robust piece of equipment and comfortable with plenty of room for even large feet! The controls are easy to find so no groping around the side of the machine. Four options for therapy selection including all three together! (Heat, massage and bubbles). My previous foot spa was good but this one is much better because it keeps the water warm! I move my feet around during the session so all parts get massaged. Lastly the bubbles feature: It’s lovely having the bubbles ripple over the feet (toes especially) This is only felt if your feet are close together. It does generate a noise but it’s not a loud noise and I found it rather pleasant. Now, a session lasts about 30mins but I always have a second one straightaway as it is so soothing and relaxing.Once I finish my therapy, a trip to the bathroom to empty the water into the bath or shower. (I know that not all homes have a bath). The carry handles each side are sturdy and roomy. Cleaning it with a soapy cloth (keeping the plug away from anything wet) then drying it with a towel is all that’s needed. No nooks or crevices that gather used water. Simple hygienic design. Amazing.
