Stopped working after two weeks of very light use. Returned and waiting for a refund. Super disappointed. I have an older model of Homedics massager and it’s been working for years now. That was the most disappointing and frustrating experience. Never again buying. Homedics product. I chose it because I believed that made in America means good quality. It’s a horrible quality indeed.

This cushion destroyed my back where I was layed up in bed for weeks because of the damage it inflicted to my back. I had none of this pain before using. Poorly made and designed, does exact opposite of what its supposed to do. And does not accept returns. DONT BUY

Got it home after a long day, went to open it to use and relax, but instead, looked like the bag had been opened and torn, and there were hundreds of tiny plastic balls all over my carpet. I have no idea what those are. Does anyone know? I had to vacuum them because I have a pet that could eat them and be harmed. So upset about all this! I'm going to have to make another trip to the store, that is not close to me, and return it and try to see if there's another one that's not opened. Gas prices are terrible, so it's going to cost me alot to make another trip there that I shouldn't be having to do.

Was having constant pain in the left, lower back for months. I accepted the fact that I probably have arthritis in my hip. Bought this massager and in one day the pain was gone. First time pain free for a long time. 15 minutes a night and all is good. Additionally, those 15 minutes are fabulous. I was so impressed I bought two more for my children's christmas presents.

The massages feel great by themselves but when the heat is added it feels beyond great! So relaxing and with the heat it works out my sore muscles quickly! I gifted this model to my parents and also purchased the other model HoMedicsTotal Recline Shiatsu Massage Cushion for myself. I have to say I prefer this model more than the other one! The heat is much warmer and the rollers itself actually heat up whereas the other one only the sides are warm. I also like the 3 preset massaging styles, which gives me my preferred technique and rhythm. However there are 2 downfall of this massager: the shoulder and shoulder blade does not get reached entirely as the other model. And also the inability to lay it flat, but even the other model isn't totally flat as advertised. Overall I would pick this one over the other so try it in the store of your location has it on display

I loved the massage chair (Shiatsu Perfect Touch Massage Cushion CRM:0472003053, discontinued model but similar to this) I purchased from Homedics, but in a 30 month of time, two have failed. The first time the entire chair quit working, the second time the neck massage portion quit working. The first was replaced by Homedics (thank you), the second was not. The concept is great, but I will look for a different manufacturer. Sorry!

I have been wanting this massage chair since I tried it in store 6 months ago. Super excited that my husband ordered this for me for my birthday, however the box was completely destroyed when it arrived in the mail. I opened the box and it clearly was a used product upon first glance. All the packaging materials were just wrecklessly stuffed in the box and the massage chair itself was dirty and used. The bottom of the box had hundreds of little beads rolling around which I assume must be from a rip or something in the chair. Definitely will be taking back.
