Hoover Tornado Bagless 1800W Hepa Vacuum Cleaner

The vacuum itself was perfect but the service was disappointing. Having purchased the vacuum online for click and collect during COVID and going to pick it up. I noticed the exact same vacuum in the window for $150 less on special. After enquiring about the special the salesperson took the box and special sign away form the window and said it no longer exists.

I am very happy with the recommendation from the salesman especially after explaining what I required & the price was excellent as well. I would just like to add, this is the 2nd vacuum I have purchased from Godfrey's. The other was a more expensive product due to the fact I had a long hair dog that did shed & needed a more powerful product along with a power head attachment. I purchased this product many many years ago & from a different store, but the service I was offered was again excellent & would happily recommend Godfrey's to friends & family.

I wouldn't pay a $1 for this machine. Very big let down. It says it can vacuum carpet's and hard floors. Yet it couldn't handle 3 x 3m by 2m carpet rugs. It would just stop working after 5 - 10 mins. Then next time once it started again it would flick the switch on the power board. It's the most useless piece of equipment I've ever purchased. I took it back , they replaced it , then the next one did the same thing. So that was taken back and I got my money back. Then to be told that this machine is only meant for hard floors but , on the box it says carpet !! Then the next sentence I was told I should come back in and they'll help me purchase a machine for my requirements. Like hell Godfrey's .
