I don’t do extreme sports but I had Hyperemesis during my pregnancy, and I was very unwell. Constant nausea and unable to keep any food down. Then someone suggested to make this powder up with soda water and drink instead of plain water. It revived me, and made me feel so much better. Thoroughly recommended.

Really helps after lunch when a bit of the fatigue kicks in after you have been sweating all day, I generally use 2 scoops in a drink bottle, have half at lunch, then the other half at smoko.This flavor is nice, tastes like a melted lemonade iceblock lol!
Great value for money and super quick delivery. I got the orange and mango flavour and it tastes good and keeps me hydrated through work and workouts. Love it. Good mix of electrolytes and calories in a mix that is not too sweet.
After playing a round of golf I used to suffer badly from leg and hand cramp. Since starting to use Replace through a round symptoms have almost entirely disappeared.
Been using this product pre, during and post training. Found it has reduced physical fatigue and kept me well hydrated. Raspberry has a good taste and mixes really well. Have found increasing water ratio has made it a little more tolerant.
