I like that this pack can be both hot and cold. It feels very good as a heat pack due to its maleability. Unfortunately quite easily gets holes.

I have bought 3-4 over the last few years. They used to be pretty good but the last two have not lasted as long, the last one just lasted about 6 months. Not worth it if they are cutting down on quality leading to them not lasting long at all.

I have three now and they have been great since having surgery.
Bought a few but the last two purchased in August 21 has been given a two star rating unfortunately as I had it for approximately 2 weeks. The product was placed in the freezer and used cold to reduce inflammation yet it leaked on the top of the pack and this happened twice. I did not use these hot so unable to make comment but I returned them both and bought a different brand

It punctured in 1 day and gel leaked. Don't recommend.
doesnt stay cold long enough. after 10minutes its not cold anymore
So handy to have in case of accidents which seems to happen in my household.
