Hot Wheels certainly knows what kids like. From the moment my kids first viewed the box the track came in they were so excited to open it up and try it out. My kids also really enjoy the assembly part of getting a new track and figuring out where the pieces go which is usually pretty easy with the picture based instructions. For a small track there are a number of routes and ways that children can interact with the toy which allows them to spend quite a bit of time in imaginative play and storytelling. My kids thought it was hilarious that the snake gets smashed on the head with a giant pizza. If your kids enjoy playing with cars or just looking to try something new, this track is a good choice.

My kids like this set. Assembly wasn't difficult and took less than twenty minutes. The snake is pretty cool looking. The car starts at the snake's tail and can go out three ways- down a ramp around the back, around the whole snake and out its mouth or around the orange ramp in the center. The kids favorite part is the center ramp because it flips the pizza on top over onto the snakes head. On the bottom of the pizza is a snake with x eyes. They think it's pretty funny. This set connects with the other hotwheels sets using the base connector or track. Most of our hotwheels cars fit on this track.

The Hotwheels City Cobra vs Tire Shop comes with one hotwheels police car. It is rather labor intensive to put the toy together and attach all the stickers. I really wish the stickers came on the toy.My boys loved the cobra and how it “chomps” the car. To use the toy, you pull the tail down and lock it into place. Then you place a car in the tail, push the hotwheel button, and the car moves down the track. There are three possible ways it can go: straight into the cobra’s mouth, along the whole track, or if the pizza lever is tripped - the car comes through the pizza shop.My kids enjoyed playing with it, though the tracks can come apart if they play too rough. However, none of the pieces have broken.

My 7-year old son lives for Hot Wheels! When he opened the box he said, "This is gonna be sweet!" It was easy to open, thankfully, because he was ready to play immediately. The assembly was slightly difficult for me, but the parts were labeled with letters making it easier. My son is impressed. It has a lot of interactive parts. You pull the "tail" side of the track down and it connects to a base with a button that makes the track shoot up and the car lands inside Mr. Dino's mouth (my son got a big kick out of that!). It has another car route that makes the pizza flip out and the car comes out the front. Overall, I'm pleased with the amount of fun he's having with something that doesn't require batteries!

This racetrack has been super fun for both my son and daughter. They love how the car can take multiple routes depending on which way you direct the cars with the levers. It took some time to put together, but was not bad as I did it myself without my husband’s help. They really love how the pizza hits the cobra’s head and knocks him out and laugh almost every time. The track is a good size, but doesn’t take up a lot of room as most of the tracks which I appreciate as space and storage is always a concern. It is good quality. My son is obsessed!! The pieces were well labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. I love how sturdy the parts are and that they snapped loudly in place. It’s more stable than expected as we are able to carry it from place to place without an issue. There were several stickers to put in place but they were relatively simple. (I don’t have the steadiest hand.) The multiple tracks provide hours of fun. The favorite was getting the car into the snake. We especially like to set it up in the living room and play as we have the show on. I think this is a great set!!!
We received this toy in order to give an honest review. This toy is fun and has several track options so it doesn’t get boring. You have the ability to switch the tracks with little levers. It’s fun because the car will shoot out in all different areas. It is similar to a little elevator when you first activate the track. You push a button to get the track to lift up and the car races along the tracks. The pizza pie will flip over if activated and it is a cool surprise. It definitely keeps my kids attention because of the different track options.

One turn you may hit the snake on the head with the pizza, or go through the snakes mouth without being eaten, or go through and the snake eats you!
