I ordered some marbles and the ad said that it came with a small cloth bag. But when I opened The package the bag was not in it. I brought it to their attention and was given a sincere apology and I was promised that a bag would be mailed to me post haste. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package to find not one but four cloth bags inside!! And each one different!! I call that above and beyond the call of duty. Each grandchild will receive their own bag of marbles eventually thanks to you. Thank you for making it right so quickly.
