I used 8 cans throughout the house all at the same time. Turned the power off and put freezer bags with elastic bands over the smoke detectors. Closed the place up and went away for 2 hours. Came back to open the place up and there was still a fine mist in the air. Opened all the doors and windows and it all cleared in the 30 minutes like it says on the can. Turned the power back on and turned all the fans on. Some roaches still crawling around but look pretty sick. Seems to work fine. Great for the price.

I used one can between two small rooms hoping it would deal with these pesky insects. Four days and seems to have helped as there aren't any congregating in my white bathtub!The instructions indicate it'll take a little while to deal with the nest.

I bought this after reading numerous positive reviews and am happy I dod so. Works really well. Saves me having to spend a small fortune on a Pest Control company. Great product. Great Value.
Despite utmost cleanliness, had few roaches show up at nights in the kitchen. I gave Hovex a go, set off cans and witnessed roaches frantically running out of the kitchen in every direction possible. There were so many dead ones everywhere. This product is definitely undervalued for it’s worth.
Bought this product last week. I bomb my house every year especially during summer with other brands. This is the worst product I have ever bought,normally come home to dead flies,insects,spiders,roaches,this product literally did not even kill the common black household spiders on my ceiling that are the size of ants. This product is much cheaper at $7 for 3 pack,save your time and money and just fork out $10-$12 for the other brand name bombs.
I have a problem with ants coming out of one particular power point. I removed the cover to the power point and sprayed directly into it as well as into air vents between bricks outside. 4 days later see no ants. I agree there were no dead spiders or cockroaches after 24 hours. A more expensive product may have done a better job. Will have a better idea after 7 days. Very difficult to lock the spray... Need to press against a brick wall or bench top to click in place.
Wonder if it’ll kill those nasty bed bugs as the tin is identical to hoovex bed bug spray tin with germgard branding, as an elderly neighbor of mine has bed bugs & I don’t want them spreading & infestating into my place. So I brought him a couple can of hovex germ Gard bed bug & flea killer & a couple bombs,So I guess we’ll see
I have used numerous brands of insect control bombs and this product is as effective as any other. Simply follow the directions. Re the other customer's 1 star rating - the active ingredients (10g/kg of permethrin) and effective lifetime are exactly the same as the other brands and so should work just as well. Maybe they didn't follow the directions.Overall it performed well and I'll use again.
