Overall I like the design, it's easy to use, but it lacks the dominos game from my old HP Chromebook. Also, the track bad can be a bit weird some times.
I bought this for my daughter to use since she homeschools. So far she really likes it.
Features and performance are fine for budget Chromebook, but the keyboard leaves a little to be desired. It feels very cheap and I keep inadvertently hitting some key that opens the Google Assistant so there's something in a place where it should not be. The whole thing is also heavier than it should be, given what it can do.
Hinges are too stiff and lid cracked from opening and closing normally. HP have been a nightmare to deal with and are really creepy in their communications. Hundreds of emails to get nowhere is exhausting. My other hp is solid cheaper and better made. Won't buy a hp ever again
The screen on this model is horrible! No matter how I move the screen back and forth, left to right, its too bright and foggy or too dark to see. My neck and eyes were both hurting. I really want to return it but i can get anyone to help me with that! Not worth it! Do not buy!
Hands down the best laptop we have ever owned! Keeps the longest charge ever and is fast and exactly what we needed for home schooling.
my new chrome book works well and is well made i feel it will serve me well for a long time it was a little hard to set up with some of the settings but i think that was a google thing but now it works great
