Small compact laptop. Great value for money, basic easy to use computer. If you're after something to simply web browse, run emails, office pack requirements or to drop photos on to them transfer to an external HDD this is the unit to get.The only issue I found is having Bing set as default web browser, simple setting changes and download chrome and it's even better.

I recently bought this laptop for streaming sports via my old TV. That's all it is being used for. At the moment with the Australians in India, it's being used daily but when there's nothing I want to watch it doesn't get used at all. There is nothing at all on the computer, it's 4 weeks old but almost immediately it's been running like a donkey. Getting really hot and lagging after only half an hour of live sport. And once it starts to lag then it's completely unresponsive. I have force a shut down. This a brand new laptop. I'm so disappointed as I can't afford to pay for something that doesn't work as it should.

For a new computer the Internet browser pre installed lags and crashes often, it's slower than my old computer that I had to replace with. So pretty disappointing for a HP laptop

Bought this laptop for my partner to use while studying at tafe. It is lightweight and compact which makes it super convenient to transport. Easy to use, quick start up and perfect for completing assignments and researching.
This laptop is great quality for price, it looks great, a good size and light to carry. The only issue is it sometimes doesn’t pick up wifi and we’ve had to restart the laptop so it can resister n pick up wifi. Other than that it’s been very practical for my high school age child n has all the criteria points she needed in a school laptop.
This laptop is alot more heavy duty then previously bought tough screen laptop. Perfect for my son for school and alot cheaper price. Would recommend
