The power adaptor arrived on time and was as stated on website. It was properly packaged and is working without getting hot. It was a good replacement of the original one supplied with Hp Pavillion G6 notebook which burnt out.

The adaptor arrived 24 hours after I placed the order. It is a better choice HP developed for a range of Notebooks and Laptops that also suited my 15" Notebook with SSD. I am really happy with it. The unit also comes with a larger DC adaptor lead for older model Notebooks/Laptops. The extra power rating it has should make it last longer than the unit supplied with the Notebook.

Despite the Tech Staff assuring me that this was a "Smart AC Adaptor" it is anything but. It does not recognise the wattage required and makes the laptop run in low power mode
Perfect power supply replacement. Cheaper than the JB Hifi / Office works replacement options. Ordered on a Thursday and had it Saturday morning. Can't ask for much better.
I bought this as a spare charger to use for my work laptop on the odd days when working from home. It works perfectly with the Elitebook X360. It's a fairly bulky item to carry in and out of the office so I recommend this as a worthwhile purchase if you want to keep a charger at home as well as the office.
HP Hardware Diagnostics via Windows 11 or via Diagnostics UEFI told me that my 65W AC adapter was faulty, so I replaced with the exact model recommended for my laptop. Now the diagnostics tell me that the power supply is inadequate for my laptop and I am unable to test the new AC adapter. Yes, I am patched up to current levels, including bios. Waste of time and money.
This product is cheaper than the price listed on Best Buy web site and delivered before the date promised in the original container. Before I placed the order with Walmart website, I went to a local Best Buy store and I was told me her store did not have the item I was interested and wanted to sell me a replacement one which is about $40 more expensive without even checking Best Buy web site. This sales action appears to me was a bait and switch tech. I can not believe Best Buy used this approach to improve sales.
Had to return the unit because I was incorrectly advised by HP sales staff to buy it when there was already one in the box of the new computer I had just bought.Asked for a refund. The collection and refund is still in progress.
