Quality is high as you would expect from a genuine product, just expensive compared to compatible products. Unfortunately my HP printer has stopped accepting non compatible products so I had to buy this.

The product supplied was exactly what it should be. The only dissapointment is with the fact that the HP cartridge system is SO expensive and SO inefficient.... we have now changed printer to an ink tank solution form Epson. It costs more but should recoup the cost differences in a year with the reasonable value of ink supplies. Shame on HO for putting so much tech into their disposable ink refils all to stop customers from saving on ink!

The product is fantastic. Being sent the wrong item and the process to get it replaced, not so much. I became a CD employee by printing return label, and going to the post office. The inconvenience should have warranted the replacement item as express post. It was not my error, but I seemed to pay the price of it.

My kids are able to print sharp, professional quality prints at home. The various shades and color combinations created by my kids come alive on the prints which is always a thrill to watch.
