Replaced 2 times.First laptop had an issue with the screen.Second time temperature issue ( 70degrees even without opening anything in winter ), probably an issue with the thermal pastePoor assembly quality two times. Maybe I was just unlucky5 start to JB HI FI. Full refund and assist meThanks

Great laptop except there is no Ethernet connection. It’s fast and light and has a great screen.
Extremely overpriced, weak performance. This is NOT a gaming laptop, not at all. It has a 140 watt charger for the entire system. Massively nerfed RTX GPU, and to be honest also a nerfed cpu. The cooling seems good, but it’s actually overkill if anything for the inadequate componentsThe laptop has a really nice screen and good build quality, which is appealing for creative types. But don’t buy this thinking it’s a gaming laptop. It CAN game, but not that well. Most egregious is the price. Canadian pricing, as per usual, is absurd on this model.Look elsewhere
I bought this laptop to replace an older one from another company. My main criteria was something that could handle photo and video editing quickly. My research led me to consider a gaming machine because of their ability to handle complex graphics quickly. I was not disappointed. This machine is amazing. The speed of processing is faster that I had hoped and the renditions of photos and videos is super sharp and clear. Worth every penny!
