I cannot fault the performance which matches the spec I was aiming for. Two niggles which I would take into account on future purchases:- the keyboard is finished in silver and the grey lettering on the keys is not a good contrast; the hinges appear to be extremely stiff which I hope will not cause future issues.

The value of your old laptop displayed on the Cashify page (to which link is posted on HP Purchase Site), will be reduced by 40% to 50% when the cashify visiting person. Please don't believe the sales Team of HP when they tell you that you will be getting the same value (plus/minus 5%) for old laptop as shown on Cashify link mentioned on HP website.Secondly, don't opt for a silver colour. The letters on the keyboard if the keyboard is placed at a certain angle.

Bought two of these for my daughters to use for school/college and am very pleased. The build quality is great and the touchscreen very nice. I was slightly concerned on making a compromise on processing power, but they appear to be more than adequate for what they need them for - they are not gamers, although they do run some older games (e.g. Sims) absolutely fine.
Works well as a combi laptop/tablet and with two add-ons (wireless keyboard and mouse kit at a reduced price - always welcome!).My first Windows 11 device, so still getting to grips with it after two weeks or so.Pity I couldn't find a way of attaching a photo under "add images/videos" as I could have revealed how it looks on my desk, raised to eye level via my own laptop stand.
Got delivered two days back. Keyboard gets heated up from day one even while setting it up. I don’t play games and do little beyond word or ppt. Speakers sound low and worse than my seven year old similar HP laptop. Will take it to service centre, all in all not a good first experience.
Good price for a 2-in-1 device. Purchased as a present for my daughter to get her through the next few years at school and she specifically wanted to be able to use a stylus for note taking. Probably the only gripe so far is that this doesn't have an IR camera, so Windows Hello (face recognition) can't be used. I'm surprised at that on a new laptop at this price point. Otherwise she seems happy so far.
If I can take in negative that would be better. Because Laptop has display issue and post service is the worse than that. I applied for exchange and still after 20 days I could get new laptop. All I can found is false hope. I will never ever recommend your company and will share this bad experience with my friends so at least they can't fall on your trep. I know on one read this review but please don't buy any hp product again.
