This product looks fine but continuously faces issues with drivers. Updates needs to be reviewed frequently as the system starts lagging after some time.
I cannot get into laptop because prior user info needed to unlock. I cannot access Settings to access to unlock device.
A sleek, fast new laptop that is only spoiled by the failings of Microsoft Outlook software. Buying a new machine and frontline software was designed to provide me with a sleek performance tool but this is not the case. Dasappointed!

The laptop is a good solid one, no lag, no connectivity problems, and decent battery life. I have been using for work for about 4 months now and it looks nice and feels good, but there are a few complaints. One is for 700 the lcd display is okay not having the nice graphics of an OLED really shows. The computer does lag a little on start up and a couple extra tabs on chrome while having multiple applications running slows down the computer considerably. The SSD works fast as is expected but I really hope we can start putting more storage on these 700$ laptops as 256 GB is just not enough especially nowadays.The final gripe I have is the screen closing design, the body is a nice smooth silver color that won't finger print but after a month I noticed the black from ... Around my keyboard there is just a whole bunch of black marks that bwill for sure ruin the nice silver paint in the long run. The last gripe is the keyboard is not that nice to the touch or to type with and especially on a 700 I want to have a little smoother and more satisfying typing experience even if it is plastic.oh 8gb of ram really makes a difference
In recent year I have purchased 2 laptop both are having poor display compare to other brand display. Specially for pro book version.
Laptop good. But, recived damaged laptop adapter. The HP customer care is not helpful in replacing the damaged laptop accessory.
The sale was very well descript and recommend to us for choosing the laptop.
