Installed a single 275 w lamp in the ensuite thinking it would be enough as the room is very small. The single lamp is useless , so I installed a 375 w lamp thinking it would be much bette - its wasn't . Dont waste your money get something more powerful

Noise levels are hit and miss due to a product defect. The fan blades cam slap on the housing making a lot of noise. You may not predict this as they rotate free before installation, make noise in one position but not in another. Took me 30 minutes of trial and error to find the quiet position. Those complaining of noise, take it down and check where the blades are hitting the housing. Its not firm strong plastic but shifts as you fit unfortunately. Otherwise a good 3 in 1 which look good.

The heat lamp looks great and I didn’t like the look of the chunky larger size. Had to upgrade the bulb to 375 watts. I got a electrician to install it. Better safe then sorry when it comes to electrical work. I gave it four stars because of having to purchase a higher wattage bulb.
Got a couple of these to put in my ensuite, one over each basin. Like these as i already have lights and a exhaust fan and don't like the look of the combo units.Looks very night on the ceiling and does the job.Only slight downside is that the heat from the 275w lamp isn't that strong, but i have high ceilings which might be the reason for that. Good that this unit supports 375w though if i need to upgrade.
How this piece of trash made it past quality control I’ll never know, 2 HPM bathroom 4 globe heater/exhaust fans had been fitted to my house when I bought it, the noise coming from both of them was unbelievable, not an air noise but a loud bearing/motor whining noise, so off to Bunnings I go, I bought 2 of the same HPM heater/exhaust fans thinking the ones in my house must be worn out or faulty, also being the same units they should fit straight in and they did, they also offered a five year warranty, unfortunately after fitting the 2 new HPM heater/exhaust fans the noise from both was just as bad, totally unacceptable, so it’s off to Bunnings I go again, this time for a refund.Believe all the bad reviews, HPM bathroom heater/ exhaust fans are beyond bad, they are ... MoreHow this piece of trash made it past quality control I’ll never know, 2 HPM bathroom 4 globe heater/exhaust fans had been fitted to my house when I bought it, the noise coming from both of them was unbelievable, not an air noise but a loud bearing/motor whining noise, so off to Bunnings I go, I bought 2 of the same HPM heater/exhaust fans thinking the ones in my house must be worn out or faulty, also being the same units they should fit straight in and they did, they also offered a five year warranty, unfortunately after fitting the 2 new HPM heater/exhaust fans the noise from both was just as bad, totally unacceptable, so it’s off to Bunnings I go again, this time for a refund.Believe all the bad reviews, HPM bathroom heater/ exhaust fans are beyond bad, they are absolute rubbish and a waste of hard earned money, Bunnings should take this trash off there shelves
Landlord had this installed to replace a twenty year old IXL Tastic when it died. Now the bathroom is constantly damp, and growing mould. Spend the extra for something that actually has a decent extraction rate, or stock up on bleach.
I am a developer and been using this product for 5 years. From last 2 years i getting 10+ of complaining from my house buyer than the built-in fan unit broke down, and worst the newly installed units has problem with the middle light bulk explode or burn off in few days. I already switched to other brand.
Very noisy fan. Within a week fan stopped and technician replaced the unit. But new unit also very noisy. My old one hasn't any noise but works well exhaust system.
Giod price.Used for over one year in bathroom.Easy installation as just plug it into power socket.Keeps room bright and dry.Only used a 275 watt globe. It will be even better with a 375 watt globe. Will buy another unit...
