I was initially unhappy with this purchase because the photo as shown on the website has a light on the side, so I was expecting a powerboard with a nightlight.Having used it for weeks now, I realise even with my weong expectations, I purchased an item of good quality. When it comes to electrical items, it pays to be safe!

The product has been working perfectly for me since it arrived 3weeks ago.The only complaint i would make is that its plug goes down to the right.. why? It makes the cord shorter if you are positioning it to the left of your plugs and gets in the way of other cords..

I was initially unhappy with this purchase because the photo as shown on the website has a light on the side, so I was expecting a powerboard with a nightlight.Having used it for weeks now, I realise even with my weong expectations, I purchased an item of good quality. When it comes to electrical items, it pays to be safe!

So many powerboards either don't have the individual switches or the cords are really short. This one is a really good length.
It says it has four outlets. When I got mine, I counted them and there is definitely four of them! It also says it's "Surge protected". So far, no one named Surge has come anywhere near me or my home, so I guess this powerboard is living up to its boasts.
Handy powerboard with surge protection and ability to switch off any ports not required at the same time. Comes with a warning not to overload - but perfect when using devices with low power needs - such as desk lamp and printer.
Good size. Easy to use, just load it up and flick the switch when you need to use the separate appliances. Very handy and much safer than plugging in and unplugging appliances into a live powerboard like we were using before.
I bought the 4-switch white powerboard a month ago and find it I bought this product about a month ago, and found it to be excellent. It has a power surge protector plus switches for all 4 appliances, which is exactly what I wanted. It really is value for money, compared with similar powerboards without switches or surge protection.
It worked well for quite some time (about 4 years), but as I discovered if there is a device that lacks an earth pin and wobbles a bit (e.g. a power adapter), the switches can arc behind them. I caught it in the act from some strange crackling when I was moving cables, then noticed yellow sparks behind one of the switches every time I moved anything even slightly. I've since had the same issue with another one of these exact boards, including one without the surge protection. Thankfully the devices in these sockets were low amperage, but if you were running something more heavy in power draw - the arcing could lead to overheating and fire. I have since disposed of all as I cannot trust a device that sparks for obvious reasons.
