I have had this stroller a little over 6 months now. I have tried several of the best reviewed pet strollers on the market. I was a huge snob about my strollers for my kids, so I am of course, a snob about strollers for my dogs. I want it to be pretty, but I also want it to be functional. What this stroller offered me based on what I've seen, was the first PRETTY stroller for my dogs. It has the look of the UppaBaby and Bugaboo strollers for humans. What I love about it: I really love the separate carrier, and how the carrier fits perfectly in the front seat of my car, so my babies can safely sit right by me (this obviously wouldn't protect them in a crash, but prevents them from trying to sit on me). The size of the basket easily fits both of my Frenchies (they're both more petite at 16# and 20#), and my 4# yorkie can even squeeze in when she gets sick of walking. I love how pretty and sleek it looks. I love that it seems like a relatively smooth ride for my babies. I love the simple foot brake. I love the adjustable handlebar and leather trim (though this came to me damaged). I love the mesh surround in the basket, so they can see out all sides. I love that I can securely buckle both of them into the seat with their harnesses and have the top open (this would be super dangerous with a collar, because they could literally tip out the side and break their neck if they tried to jump). What I don't love about it: (I just want to preface this with I'm being PICKY and I would love to see improvements made to the design, and I realize I paid $300 for this product and not $800, but I would happily pay more because it IS a luxury product) I don't love that the basket has a zipper closure. My other stroller that I love from another brand has a nice metal bar in the mesh that clicks into place so it swings open and closed and locks with one click. My 'hair dog' is only 4 pounds, but she's in moderate coat, and I can't imagine having several long hairs (which I'm sure many who own this do) and trying to make sure I didn't get any of their hair caught in the zipper because you have to zip it ALL THE WAY across every time you open or close it. I don't love that the storage basket is literally flush with the carrier basket, so you can not physically get into it while the dogs are in the stroller. If I was wanting to put my handbag down there, or a picnic blanket or whatever, I would have to then take the stroller apart to get it out. I also don't love that you have to take the basket off, flip the handlebar the opposite direction and pull on an awkward release bar to fold the frame down. My older Frenchie has DM, so even for simple things like vet trips I need to use a stroller to get both of my dogs in and out, and it's super annoying to have to go through so many steps to get this into the car. I am in my 40's and stroller savvy, and I can't imagine being older and trying to navigate this. It is extremely difficult to do. The last thing I don't love is that even with just one dog in the stroller, I can't pull down on the handlebar to tip the stroller up over a curb, or to help me get it up my two front steps. I feel like I am going to snap the whole thing right off the way it bends.Overall, I definitely recommend this stroller, and would happily upgrade if some tweaks were made to the design!

This is a serious dog stroller; to call it sturdy would be an understatement indeed. I suspect the same designers of the Mars Rover had a hand in this. The tires/wheels appear to be auto-grade rubber and fastening joints, although plastic, are rugged and I believe will endure any doomsday assault that comes our way. Frame color is a gorgeous rose gold with black and gray basket/trim. I'm not sure we needed this much puppy-buggy for our (forthcoming) Cavalier King Charles Spaniel but it is certainly a quality ride and well worth the money. She'll definitely be able to host another small dog for a shared ride in the spacious carriage. Looking forward to taking this across some terrain during summer hike/walks. I had a chance to test the stroller on the grass and carpet and the pram rolls smoothly on both surfaces. Although the size of this pram is a bit large, it’s still light enough with great maneuverability. My 11 lbs and 3.5 lbs Maltipoos fit tightly without much wiggle room but they both seem to love riding in this stroller. While it’s easy to fold the frame (a 2 step process), I found it very difficult to collapse the carrier as you have to yank the two wire base from the bottom which takes so much force (even difficult for my husband). I can’t picture myself struggling with this at the gate to checkin the stroller when traveling. I also found the cup holder not stable and functional as it rotates too easily. Instead I decided to use it to hold the snack bag for my fur babies and ordered a different cup holders to be installed on the stroller.Despite these two issues, I still love the sleek style of this stroller which I will enjoy taking my furbabies with me for shopping or outings when the weather is nice. I ordered both ruby red and purple strollers but ended up keeping the purple one as the ruby red was more close to a dark maroon color. Overall, I still do recommend this stroller as it’s a high quality.

The adjustable handle is very flimsy and not solid. When assembling I noticed one of the swivel wheels is sticky and would not spin freely. I tried the other wheel in the same side and got the same results. I then realized that it has something to do with the plastic mounting bracket that is affixed to the frame. The stroller does not turn smoothly and it makes it hard to maneuver in tight places. For that kind of money I would expect better quality.
I'm happy to admit when I'm wrong, and I'm super duper happy to admit that I was wrong about this stroller. Yes, it's a pain to put together, and the instructions are enough to make a semi-sane person spiral into madness, but otherwise, turns out this is worth every penny. I've used it three days in a row, my cats LOVE this thing.Wulfie, the rescue Oriental mix, is terribly smart, so he has already learned that when I ask if they're ready to roll, it's time to let the chauffeur bring the stroller around and jump in. The other cat, Cubby (the tabby), is so sweet, but just a tad bit slower on the uptake. It'll just take him a few years to get it, and until then, where Wulf goes, Cub follows anyway. We've spent hours on the balcony the last three days. They can watch the birds, they're praying for squirrels, and if all goes well, we may get a hummingbird feeder for some real excitement.I swore I would never get a stroller, but talk about a change in perspective. Not only is it already enriching their lives immensely, but in an emergency, I have a much easier way to get these two out of here. I'm going to continue with training and treats and exciting adventures so that they'll run to their stroller when summoned. This safety aspect alone is worth the price. I've also upgraded to add hooks, the flashers, a rain cover, and the silicone bowls, and I'm just going to keep their emergency gear and first aid kit in the bottom bag.All that said, there are a few upgrades I hope that the HPZ peeps will consider:1. stronger mesh (maybe a heavier silicone? or a fabric covered metal?) because this current stuff is not that great and I'd certainly be one to pay for an upgraded option.2. stronger zippers. Seriously, how much can that cost?3. thicker velcro on the basket straps and two more of them.4. replace the paperclips on the car straps, and make use of the clips on the carrier to further secure the top using the straps.5. put labels on the pieces to match the instructions and please in the name of all that is holy, fix the instructions.6. upgrade the elastic and plastic clips to something that's not going to pop off in no time.and a couple of accessory suggestions:7. a first aid kit as an accessory with an emergency whistle included.8. a top bunk for the rear half with the smaller window - there's a way to do that, and since the carrier is small for two cats, a top bunk would be nice for those times when a guy needs a little space. But overall, I am just happy that they're happy, and that makes this stroller very much worth the price.
I took my beagle pup to a parade and this was great to help give him a resting space while we walked and he wanted a break. He instantly loved it and jumped in it himself without the need of treats as I’ve done in the past with other carriers. I love how stylish this looks and the wheels on the pavement worked great. It felt smooth and went up and down sidewalks easily. Loved how easy it was to unclip the basket and put my pup into a cab. I did have a hard time folding and unfolding the the body of the stroller despite watching the videos. It feels like the latches keep getting stuck but will see if it gets easier to unlatch with time.
I like this and have multiple dogs I thought I could use it for. It's advertised as being for dogs up to 50 pounds so I thought it would work for 3 of my 4 dogs. The other doesn't need a stroller. I specifically wanted this for my 25 pound rat terrier and our upcoming beach trip. This was doable for him but it was really too small. He looked ridiculously big in it and stood a lot higher than the sides of the bassinet come up. The handle of the bassinet had to be removed for him to fit as well. In no way I can see this working for a dog twice his size. I will keep it for my little chihuahua so I'm not upset, it's a nice stroller. I wouldn't recommend for any dog more than 20 pounds though.
Good: what matters most is that the cats like it already. The larger, more royal of the two sprawled out in it while I rolled him up and down the hall. He was purring and calling for his driver when I stopped. I guess I'll have to get my chauffeur's license. The little one is a bit more tentative, but he sat in front when the top was up and then went in it to get treats, so they'll probably enjoy this. What could be improved: So disappointing that HPZ cheaped out on a couple of things. Like the carrier bag on the bottom. Would 1" Velcro straps really have broken the bank? These half inch ones are flimsy, and that's uncalled for chintziness. Ditto with the zippers. These are not high-quality zippers and they could have gotten them to clip together. I'll probably ... MoreGood: what matters most is that the cats like it already. These are not high-quality zippers and they could have gotten them to clip together. I'll probably have to engineer something. The cup holder - really? Just charge me $10 and put the real thing on to begin with. The last thing we need in this world is one more soon-to-be-broken plastic piece of junk, and that's what this is. The paperclips for the car attachments - literally, that's what the hooks look like, they're that cheap. Upgrade for the extra few cents, please. The color. I don't really like the red - it's much darker than it appears in the photos and it's a lot going on. Gray, black, red, and rose gold. I'm meh on it, but way too much trouble to exchange. For a few extra dollars in hardware, the plastic **** could be sayonara and the something sturdy that will last put in its place. Also, that bag -- seriously, guys, that's the best you could do?What's abysmal: The printed instructions. Do not **** trees to print that useless, frustrating mess. Those illustrations must have been drawn by someone who'd never actually seen the stroller and had no idea what a stroller looks like, and if you show the front of something, make it identifyable. Actually, forget all that. Just put a one page piece of cardboard in that says, "We totally **** at instructions and we're embarrassed by what we printed. We'll try again later, but until then, watch online, call us, or just go mad trying to put this thing together, because it's an exercise in frustration." At least that would be honest. Those are the worst instructions I've ever seen for a product without a doubt, and I almost returned this because it was such a bad experience. Do you really want to alienate customers with that kind of poor, sloppy effort? I think not.So would I recommend this? Yes, if it came with the upgraded items mentioned above and some decent instructions. Until then, I'm quite meh on it, but Wulfie really seems to like it, so I guess I'm keeping it and getting a chauffeur's license.Oh, and also, I bought two hooks and at the end of the instructions it says not to hang bags on the stroller because that could destabilize it, so why did I buy these hooks and what can I hang on them if not my bag?
So far, so horrid. First, the instructions with this thing are abysmal. Step 1 "Unfold the front wheel bar until locked."Guess what? In the "Features" diagram, there is not "Front Wheel Bar", so which bar is it? You sure can't tell from the instructions.Next up, it's plastic parts, so a wrong turn, and it can easily break. Lovely. $300, and plastic. Just great. Then it doesn't get better. The carrier is super small on the inside. Two kittens would fit, but two cats? It's a really tight squeeze. And one of mine is very small. So far there is just nothing at all about this that is impressive, and I'm really, really disappointed both in the instructions (useless) and the quality. the handle moves up & down at least two inches instead staying in place. Putting a little weight on handle stablizes it. I bought it because of the adjustable handle is comfortable for short (and tall?) people. The reversible feature of handle isn't necessary for me because the basket can be reversed - which I prefer because reversing the handle makes pushing and guiding it much more difficult. (Baby strollers can have reversible handle OR reversible basket/seat.) Earlier I had bought a very nice pet stroller with mesh windows all around , but my dogs hated it. However, my 2 elderly minidachshunds LOVE the open 360 degree view,(canopy down on both sides). Sometimes the 14 yr old puts her foot on the brake to tell me she wants to get in NOW.
