Huawei P30 Pro 256GB Aurora - Refurbished

I am disappointed, cause I ordered a P30 Pro dual sim but I received a single sim model. I want this to be exchange or refund....I am so sorry, it my mistake. I didn't realise is only one sim card compartment but Sim 1 infornt and Sim 2 use the behind part. Thank you seller for the verification within the same day I feed back. I'm fact I was about to send back the handphone to Lazada.Thank you for the fast response, for this I would like to give you a 5 stars.

This Huawei smart phone is very fast on opening and surfing on websites. It's also outstanding on multi-tasking like playing games or opening multiple pages and synchronize. The 3 cameras really take great pictures with 40mp and 8mp on the optical zoom but the middle 40mp wide angle takes the best photos and the camera has many best function to choose for your best pictures. Besides its pro on the software system. This phone has the very long life of 4,200 mAh battery and the phone can easily standby for a week without a charge. But the battery cell like the iPhone,it can not be replaced by the user. I was hesitated before purchasing the phone because Huawei phones are not selling in the US and lately are not supporting by Google play and some other major software systems. But the this p30 pro model and other Mate Pro models beyond 30 are still good and smooth on Google play market like LG or Samsung. I use my friend's Iphone 12 pro max for testing with this huawei p30 pro. I phone is slightly speeding on games and screen pictures colors but the Huawei is slightly faster on opening on webpages and surfing the Internets and sometimes on some gamer. The iphone is very,very slightly faster than this 256gb on the internal memory(can be added up to 128gb on the external NM card) and 8gb on the RAM but the iphone is 5 times costly than this p30 pro.

An excellent phone with a great battery life

First of all, the service offered by John Lewis is brilliant. The exchange promotion and the two year guarantee gives the assurance the product would be good and it's money's worth.Secondly in regards to the phone. Coming from Samsung s8 to p30 pro noticed that the screen is not the best but after a few days since there is nothing to compare with one forgets about it. Screen is good.The camera is good no complaints on that dept, photos are vivid and beautiful.Sound quality is good and calls are crisp and clear. The fingerprint reader works fine and is quick.Couple of things which bugs me is the position of the volume keys next to the power button, this should have been thought through. Definitely happy with not having to worry too much running out of battery midday.Overall an excellent product and would be keeping it for at least next two years or more.

Excellent camera that also happens to be a phone.

Bought a P30 when they came out and just upgraded to a P30 pro and wow, honestly, what an incredible phone for the money. Having had iPhones and Samsung's latest flagship for a while i'm absolutely staggered by how much value you get from the Huawei. The camera is incredible, especially the AI processing depth of field thing when taking portraits or photos of people and for under 500 this is the best camera on the market. 128GB storage gives you tonnes of memory, even at full resolution photos that's thousands you can save and everything i've used on it from games to apps just works fine. Now - the downside: Huawei use a front end called EmUI and it's just awful. Seriously, the UI makes this phone almost unusable but with an hour of setting up Nova Launcher it's the best phone i've ever used by a country mile.

Fake parts in phone

This phones display is not working properly and it came with fake charger and earphone . The display goes off periodically and comes back after few minutes even when iam using it , I believe this product is not fresh piece it’s tampered and there is change in its partsThis is very bad service from noon , I have asked them 100 times is the item new before buying and they said they only sell new .. what is this ????

Great Phone shame about the camera

The phone element is excellent. Its user interface is easy to navigate, everything is quick to load and there loads of storage space built in that adding an extra memory card is pointless. My 5000+ music database takes up half the storage so bags of room. Camera is a disappointment. It does take what appears to be good photos but the AI goes over the top in treatment. Shades of black don't differentiate, and the optical zoom degrades the fineness of the image. I am comparing this P30pro to my 2014 Samsung S5 K Zoom, and the K Zoom is way ahead in terms of picture quality, sharpness & colour but sadly lacks any sort of smart phone space & power for todays apps. The P30Pro will do for now as my main carry about phone but the KZoom won't be sold off for a few years yet, until new phone can boast 10x optical zoom & decent lenses.

Its a refurbished phone and not a brand new

Worst Experience buying from the marketplace, Touchscreen doesn’t work properly and all the time I have to restart the phone. I tried to return the phone as it is totally a disaster but Seller didn’t accepted the return. Its a worst experience I have ever faced. It is a refurbished phone and in description they have mentioned its brand new which is biggest lie.

Noon offered warranty for one year but you wont get it. The product is not under UAE dealership.

This is refurbished product selling as a new product. I got offered one year warranty from Noon. But after buying 2 months it got black screen. When claimed for warranty after sending the product to Noon, they informed there is no warranty, they cant give warranty. When I enquired with Huawei service center they told this product is not to be sold in UAE, It is China territory product and sold it in 2019/2020.

Good Points: The phone has good mid-range and telephoto cameras and good clear screenImprovement Points: This model suffers from severe design flaws. Good Points: The screen size of the phone is very generous, crisp and raw. It's beautiful. I also really enjoy and have enjoyed the features in this phone. Such as 'Dark mode' and 'Eye Comfort'. I also really am a big fan of the way you can get around this phone. For example, pressing back or to get out of an app or to see which apps are open-you use the screen for all of these and at first its a little confusing, but you get really into it quickly. Additionally, it was effortless to set up. Great device and Battery life holds well. If you're a constant user, you will notice that your battery may not hold as well as other phone users claim it lasts, however I have noticed that's just mainly down to how much you use your device and how long it's on for. There's no point of using battery saver on this phone and that feels amazing.Improvement Points: I expected fast charging to be quicker than it is. It does charge fast, however not as fast as I've heard others claim, however it does charge very well, even when you're on the phone. Another downfall is that, when it charges, the phone gets warm/hot - which isn't the greatest to be honest. Additionally the phone sometimes closes apps on its own. I've also had other users tell me that it freezes or glitches, however I haven't experienced that problem at all. The only thing I have had experienced, is the phone randomly closing an app when I'm typing so I have to open it up back again. This does get quite annoying sometimes. However it all might be to do with gesture control as I do type very fast so maybe I'm doing something to make the app close itself down.
