I booked this phone with good discount, so I'm very satisfied with quality/price. Camera is amazing! The main camera is 40mp, makes really good shots, but entire camera system is not for making good pictures easily fast, you need to think a bit. It's not very useful for everyday, but for me is good I need this phone for work, not to play. Before I had LG P30, camera was 16mp, but easy to make fast good shots. Zoom is impressive also. Totally the feeling of phone is very good, it's nice looking, made with hight quality materials. And it's really smart phone!)) Sound. If to compare with LG P30, in Huawei is not the best one, but good head phones can hide this.

Bought it refurbished. I have only charged it once since Monday (today is Thursday) and I still have 32% on it. I am a medium user, but with all new phones I had it in my hand a lot, trying to set it up to my liking. The device is nice and sleek. I always had Huawei or Honor phones, so very easy to navigate. I LOVE the Leica lens camera. 😍

I have the P30 Pro. This phone is awful if you EVER drop your phone. Somebody bumped onto me on the street and dropped it first day i got it and the screen shattered. Fixed it. Then it fell from my bed to my fluffy carpet and shattered again. This phone's screen is very sensitive. They also hear everything you say and yes every phone does that but this is woooorse, it's so creepy

I got this phone on contract almost 2 years ago now, contract is almost up and I'm tempted to not even upgrade. It's been the best phone I've ever had. It's so sturdy for a start since I've dropped it a ton of times and hasn't so much as cracked. It still functions the same as the first day I got it. It's fast and the camera quality is so good. I wish the huawei p40 didn't have it's own store or I'd have just made an obvious upgrade of the p40. The phone charges so fast aswell with the original charger and within 20 minutes I'm ready to go out with almost a fully charged phone and the battery life is still so good I'm never worried about it dying on me even if I went out on 50% battery life. Excellent refurbished purchase

Good battery life, 128 GB memory, Google compatible, all data transferred from previous P Smart, (much faster than P Smart) I excellent visual condition, hard to tell its not new! Good intuitive functionality of phone & Hi suite software for PC, I prefer this to my previous Samsung & I would recommend this purchase to anyone wanting a Huawei phone at a reasonable price. Incidentally Huawei's on line& telephone support is also very strong if you run into any problems as I did with my old phone.

I bought this smartphone for my wife, looking for something that could deliver a good battery life, good camera, and not too big form factor. I have to say I am really impressed by this device (and my wife is happy!). Despite the big screen, thanks to the thin bezels the phone is compact and comfortable to hold. Battery life is excellent with the use we do (no gaming, some video calls, browsing, playing videos and music, consider a medium use). Great handset, will keep me going for a few years.

Great model of phone, specific handset shows signs of "usage" on the aluminium body, possibly had screen replaced but it's a great screen. Battery life (heavy usage) 1-1 days. Speed: great. Dual sim, great connection and Huawei done a great android spin on this. Previous Huawei wouldn't stay active on Strava, (fix: run Huawei health app at same time) this one doesn't need health app as well. Screen protection and case are MUSTS. And cheap. Negative: very basic charger delivered with this Refurb phone. Negative: no screws for screen or battery replacement like the Honor View 10 had.

Great phone, fits well in the hand.

No need to root the unit to remove bloatedware. Extremely fast to boot. Good battery life. Exceptional GMS and LTE reception. Excellent speaker volume. In many ways, ahead of Samsung and fast security updates as well as android version updates. I am happy with android 10. Came with android 9.

Sold me a garbage phone

The phone they sold me has problems with the screen and everything associated with jt. the fingerprint sensor doesn't work properly. The screen randomly pushes spots and clicks on things. Cant use the edges of the screen as it swipes open the quick launch menu.

The battery is another stand out point, 4200 amp hours equates easily to a full day, in my usage it's actually more than that almost two days. But the standout power fact for me is the Huawei supercharger I've run my phone battery down to 5% then put it on charge until its reached 100%, it took 47 mins! (I actually set the timer on the phone going to check it). I was showing my iPhone owning friend it, and we tried out the reverse wireless charging, I had a case on mine, he did on his, and I had no problem in getting it to work. The only fly on the horizon is; what is going to happen in the future, will the embargo placed on Huawei by Trump, be relaxed/reversed? I've taken a chance that it will! but who knows? If it isn't, than the resale value will be badly affected, for me it was a chance worth taking, as long as my phone keeps working I can cope without receiving future updates (just!!) I was a little concerned on how I would manage to hear when using it for voice calls (I'm a cochlear implant user) because there is no front speaker, the whole front screen transmits the sound (not sure how though) but it definitely works, and so far I've managed to hear ok with the system.
