Humane Animal Trap Cage 66 x 23 x 25cm - Silver

Instructions were not brilliant but after figuring it out with a bit of trial and error got it sorted. Cage is pretty good however the trip needs to be adjusted to make it lighter to set off.

Good well made cage. Instructions take a little bit of working out but very easy when you have a look at it. It has worked extremely well from day 1. Have bagged and released 3 possums in 4 days, now waiting for the feral cats. Very good value for money for a very well made practical product. I recommend this trap.

Catching made easy

A product made to catch small animals and Mynah birds. The instructions for assembly were vague, at best. Once assembled, how to operate the spring mechanism was very unclear. The diagrams provided did not help BUT it does operate as expected and performs the job very adequately. I would buy this product again, if needed, particularly as I know how to assemble and operate.

Easy to assemble/disassemble once you figure it out.

The trap assembles in a few seconds once you figure out how it goes. It can easily be folded back to a flat configuration for storage. I have not used it to trap my nemisus as yet, but have tested the trigger mechanism and I am confident that it will do it a job.

Fantastic trap. Easy as to use it.

The trap works soo well. I bought a house and it had 6 possums in it. I was able to catch possums and repair the roof. I was able to release the possums in my yard. My house is possum free. I was quoted $700 to get rid of a possum. Its a great product that works easily and it only cost me a bit over $30. Really Impressed w impressed impressed with the trap. The possums are still around but not in the house. Thanks so much.

Great product

Have already caught 4 cats using it. Easy to assembly and use- make sure back door is closed properly before setting up trap otherwise cat can still escape once trap is triggered. Very happy with this purchase!

Remove annoying and feral cats

Product works as its descripted. Set the trap and within 20 minutes i had already caught a feral cat. And the same the next night.

Works really well. Needs extra latch for releasing.

Easy to assemble using pictures. It took me a while to figure out the metal pole between the release plate and the cage door, but got there in the end. It works really well, and hands are protected by the metal plate under the handles. The one thing to watch out for is if you are doing a live release, the catch that holds the door up is a big trigger happy and the door can slam back down as the animal tries to run out. I recommend holding it open manually as well, or taking along an extra something to secure the door while releasing.

a good trap that could be even better

This is neat little device though a bit small height wise for the biggest possums we caught. The cage was easy to put up when new, but I added quite a few cable ties to hold together it so that possums couldn't get out. I also put the assembled cage inside a bag to make it more cosy and inviting for possums. Putting the bait in when the trap is up could have been easier if there was a hole larger than the gap between the bars, to put it through. The possums were cunning and stole the first few baits without triggering the trap before I tied the baits to the end of the cage. A small hole in the top at the back would allow tied baits to be dropped down and tied off. They hang on with their claws and their tail, and are very hard to dislodge if they don't want to leave. It may have been easier to dislodge them if there was a thin steel plate on the floor.

animal trap

one night ,one catch, 6 more to go. it took a few minutes to set up , but it works. sorry no pics ,as authorities are not very understanding of somebodies animals being captured, and disposed of. the trap is light , makes it easy to move from site to site when needed, also can be folded down for storage when not in use. shoul have had this long time ago.
