Had to cut and block a round window into this door for a customer. Considerable work involved to block the door and rout the window. Had to clean a small glue mark off the door once all the work was done. Knowing full well that this was a veneer ply I was very, very careful and even still blew through the veneer in, no joke, four strokes with 150 grit paper and a block. Just because you can cut veneer two microns thick doesn't mean you should.

Good quality for the price. Looking for that basic cheap door, this is the one.

I bought this to use externally. It looks really nice, it is very light so very easy to carry.
Nice door but you would not want to sand it very much. The veneer is very thin. You get what you pay for
Door is not solid core and started to warp only one day after fitted. And laminated pacific maple chipping
The door quality is good but when we drilled the hole for the fixing the Lane lock it seemed like particle board rather than wood in the way it disintegrated.
I have installed a few of these doors, they are excellent, almost sanding-free finish (only dents and scratches from transportation). solid construction.To the other dude: come on, a beer in a bar costs you $7-10, I think $170 for this solicore door is an amazing price.
