A little bit big but otherwise great
Depending on the shoe Im buying my fit seems to swing from a US10 to a US11. This shoe is definitely on the loose side for me at 11, but a close enough fit that it isn't uncomfortable. Soeted it out with soem good insoles and thicker socks. The risk of buying things online I suppose. Otherwise happy with how it looks and feels so far.... Show more

Comfortable and Stylish Boots
I purchased Hush Puppies based on their strong reputation, and they have lived up to that! They are very nicely made, stylish and extremely comfortable.Given that I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, supportive and suitably padded shoes are a must. They meet and exceed my expectations in this regard.Lastly the online ordering process was simple, and the dispatch and delivery were above average. All in all, a very positive experience all around!... Good - not great, HP Quality is slipping
After a few weeks they're wearing in well, though the heel section did take a couple of days to adjust. These are not as squishy as previous hush puppies with bounce tech, though comfortable for being on our feet alot. The laces are already starting to bind and split, which is annoying. The 'rub/scuff' look comes with time and its already starting to emerge after a few weeks. I'm a US 9 and purchased AU/UK7 and wearing with full orthotics. It does bulk out a little, though the shoe is adjusting well. The insoles are not removable, well, you'll destroy them if you can get them and the glue out - i left them in.... Show more

Good proper leather shoes
Overall, I am super happy. Ordered online as the store didn’t have my size. Fit is perfect! I am wearing them daily to the office and so far so good. My only negative comment is that my feet seem to sweat in them. This seems to be lessening, with use, though.... Show more

Lots of praises with detailed reasoning
Thought I'd share my in depth review of these shoes as a new customer myself. When I first saw these shoes, I thought the suede material and rough bottom looked cheap compared to other boots. Wow, I was so wrong! When I pick shoes, they must satisfy these stringent criteria:1) Toes can stretch out side ways fully as well as wiggle up and down comfortably without resistance.2) Bottom outer layer cannot be smaller profile than top otherwise it will feel like you're standing on a rock which is painful.3) Feet should not slide around in the shoe when walking for perfect fit.4) Inner sole middle arch should not be too high or narrow.5) Materials should not be stiff otherwise when the feet bends while walking, the joints, stitches and creases will feel like ... Should be soft, bouncy like cushion to absorb the impact of each step.7) Hem of slim fit pants should be able to cover over the shoes. Gives a nicer slender look.8) Heel height vs toe height balance. Too high a heel and you feel like you're walking tip toe. After a few hours your feet bones will be sore.9) Weight of shoe. Thin like paper, light like feather, no good. Too chunky and heavy not good either. Must have a decent weight to the base and made of thick enough layer to not feel like you're walking on a sheet of paper.10) Shoe laces should not be too long or too short. These shoes satisfy all the above points.I want to give special attention to the inner sole cushion. Stepping on the sole cushion feels like stepping on the flesh and fur of real puppies. It's almost criminal! Sorry, I don't know how else to describe this feeling. Never felt a sole so good in my life. Extremely comfortable, soft, warm, bouncy and absorbent. I suppose the brand is aptly named - Hush Puppies. It looks great, feels great, fits great and go well with slim fit chinos or jeans. Can't comment on life span and durability, just got them today. Nor have I tested stain and spills on the shoe. Don't know if they are water resistant. Most shoes aren't anyways. If I were to be extremely picky, the only complaint I have would be the shoe laces. They feel like they are made of straws. Then again, perhaps it was intentionally designed like that to match the deceptively modest looking suede material. A nice touch if that's the case.Colour wise, the camel colour is slightly more towards a grey colour than what's shown in these pictures. Maybe the photos were taken with a bright yellow/orange light to appear more brown. I'm not complaining though. I love the colour either way. Goes well with my cream or white chinos.... Show more

New go-to Hush Puppies
Ordered these online and received them in around 6 days in total and over a weekend. Arrived in perfect condition and the courier advised on timing. Shoes are incredibly comfortable with a padded inner and the suede is of a high standard. These are really my go-to shoes now with jeans and casual pants but they also scrub up well as a business option with trousers and shirt.... Show more

Not as good as previous models
I have bought several pairs of hush puppies, and this exact model in the past. The new pair is definitely not as comfortable as previous versions. They are still okay, just not as comfortable, which is the main reason i bought them.... Show more

Poor quality rubbish
Poor quality, they fell apart after just 6 months, with little wear.Sole separated from shoe.Sole wore out fast, started developing holes.I owned hush puppies in the past and they were good. Hover these are cheap quality and poorly made shoes..the stitching is all fake, as the whole shoe is glued on... Show more

Stylish and comfortable boot
Bought size 10 for a size 11 shoe and fitted well. If you are ashamed to wear Hpups, well don't be. there is no visible badge indicating you are wearing that brand. The boots look expensive and look great. very happy to have bought them.... Show more
