I recently recommended this to a friend whose children were sick. She said they had tried the Orange flavour and her kids wouldn't take it. I mentioned our family all love the Apple Blackcurrant powder and so she tried again with her children - great success - they all loved it and she had no problems getting them to take it. It is such a handy thing to take travelling and to always have in the medicine cabinet. It is excellent in the really hot weather when people are tired and exhausted - rehydrates you very quickly.

Awesome after a ride. I have one of these after my morning ride to replace any salts from dehydration I may have. Best thing I ever did was finding these & having one daily. Esp good on hot, humid days to give you a bit of a pep
