Good in theory, not in actual use. Return process via the warranty through Hydroflax (not scheels) is terrible.

Contacted Hydroflax about their warranty and was told to mail it in for replacement.. at my own cost.. estimated at $10 or so.. I told her I was not about to spend a third of the cost of a new one to replace something that was under warranty so then I was told i could write on it in sharpie and mail a photo. It's a black bottle.. so I then had to hunt a silver or gray sharpie.. this is a ridiculous process for something with a supposed great warranty. I had already sent them photos of the rust inside. At the very least a postage paid label should be sent if they want it back to prevent resale or proof of damage.
