After using this product because of a recommendation from a forum I participate in, I was prescribed a cheaper alternative by the GP. It was not as good, so I reverted to Hylo Forte even though I have to buy it myself despite finding it expensive. The pump design makes dispensing the drops simple and positive. The only problem I have with the product is that there is no way to tell when it is about to run out; some sort of indicator level would be really helpful. I have to keep a spare handy to ensure I don’t run out unexpectedly.

Was advised to use these drops as I have an issue with Dry eyes from using a PC all day at work. These have really helped and as they are Preservative & Phosphate Free they were the best drops I have used and I have tried a few. Price was much cheaper than the well know high street chemists too

Had this on repeat prescription for my long term dry eye problem. However, it has recently been replaced with Evolve due to it been more cost effective for the NHS. The bottle is absolutely useless. You either end up with too much liquid coming out and in many instances missing your eyes altogether which means it ran out much sooner even though it also has 10ml in the bottle. Been that I have to put the drops in myself the large bottle with the measured pump dispenser on the Hylo Forte is the only realistic one as far as I’m concerned

Exactly the same size as I was prescribed from our local eye infirmary after developing an eye ulcer. Some sellers were trying to sell the 7ml size not the 10ml that these are. So unless you spotted the size others were trying to sell you’d think this seller was more expensive but they aren’t. Because I knew this condition is long term and not going anywhere fast I purchased two which was better value. They arrived within two days of purchasing online and were delivered without any hiccoughs. Will definitely order from them again. Probably sooner rather than later as my daughter took one of them for her partner as he sadly suffers from dry eye also!

I used to use eye drops with a different main ingredient but I find these better in many ways. These drops are gentle, don’t sting at all and quickly disperse over the eye. I also really like the single drop dispenser method which is easy to use and the cap stops you wasting any drops if you forget to remove it. It is also good that there are no preservatives in the liquid.

Best drops for dry eye

Only one level down from actual tubes of gel. I was terrible as my meibomian glands were sealed over and inside so used to put tubes of gel in my eyes every 5 minutes. I had surgery to pierce them...got my glands back in working order and although I still need drops.. these do the trick and stop my eyes going red. I use them 2 or 3 times a day. They last and they don't run all down my face. My doctor for dry eye( after seeing 12 of them) was dr fishman in Palo Alto if anyone is a bad way with dry eye...he's amazing and very reasonable in pricing. He has technology noone has and saved my life.. anyhoo, if you have severe dry eye...use these and go see him!

Good product.

Recommended by my optician. Make my eyes feel very comfortable. I struggled with putting them in at first, because the bottle is quite bulky and you need to get your fingers 'right' on it. You don't really feel the drop go in - feels more like a puff of air!

Having had dry eyes for years. This is the only product that lives up to expectations. I use it freely throughout the day and its effects are long lasting.

Work well keeping eyes moist

I was prescribed these eye drops after a cataract operation and radiotherapy on my eyelid and found them to work very well in keeping my eyes moist. Initially I found them hard to use, but now I'm used to it and find it easy. I'm pleased they have no preservatives.
