Item arrived on time happy with delivery. Attached said item to my Microsoft Surface Go 2 and tried to connect a separate monitor through this device using a USB-C to USB-C connecting cable?. Setting the separate Tablet (Pheonix One) which has a capability of being utilised as a separate monitor I could not get a signal at said Tablet. Description on SCAN's website should be more specific saying which ports on this Hyper-Drive Hub are capable of supporting and capable of transferring data between devices. Just a bit peeeved off as I thought for travel purposes it would be handier than lugging about my Kensington Docking Station which with the power leads etc. adds a lot of weight to baggage when travelling offshore.
