Pros This is a better headset from my previous 30 turtle beach that I had. I have used these headset when working from home and being in long meetings and need to work on my laptop etc. The most important part is not for me is with the turtle beach listeners would say that the voice was booming and and loud. This headset has a great reputation like the Hyper X Cloud II of having superior comfort and sound. The comfort is extremely good and I must say that it is the most comfortable in this price range. The sound is also very good as well except when you use the USB Adapter the surround sound has buzzing noises and sounds really bad. The usb adapter must be used if you wanna use the mic which does work and sound pretty good for a headset, or you must buy a splitter that converts the one 3.5mm to 2 for your desktop. 7.1 is a gimmick and the Stinger S gimmick is not that good. If you must use 7.1, just buy a copy of razer synapse, or Dolby Atmos for 15 and youll have better sound too then the crappy usb adapter. In this case, they broke, which I was only half sad about, because the faux leather finish on the padding had almost all flaked off. So to cut a long story short, I bought these ones. Ive had them for about a month, and nothing is flaking or breaking, so they earn at least one star for that. The sound quality is pretty good, as far as my aging ears can tell. Im no expert, but the headphones deliver a fairly rich and deep sound, so theres two more stars right there. The microphone works with no distortion that I can hear, but its not super sensitive either. Simply because its very durable, lightweight, inexpensive, and kids just arent that picky when it comes to sound and mic quality.I absolutely would not get this for anyone that has had a nice pair of headphones already, because it would absolutely feel like a downgrade.This headset should only be a backup pair until you can get better ones, at best.Thanks for reading this harsh but honest review, hope I helpedAlso to clarify, I ended up returning this product after a week.

I dont care to have a wireless headset, especially if Ive got my controller in my lap rightI bought a pair of these back in March 2020, and I loved them right away. They are the perfect balance of lightweight but secure on my head. I dont even notice they are there, but they arent so light that if I move my head they shift or fall off. They dont move an inch. The foam earcups are perfect, and the foam on top is equally comfortable. My ears dont get hot or sweaty at all, and I dont feel any sort of headphone fatigue even after multiple hours of gaming. Comfort is the most subjective aspect of a headset, so of course this will vary by user. But I doubt youll find a more comfortable set than these.Sound I think of myself as being a very particular person. Maybe Im not as astute as I thought, though, because as far as the sound goes these are just as good as any other I tried. They dont offer the ability to tinker with the sound settings like the Arctis or Virtuoso, but out of the box this was just as good as any of those.Mic Watching game replays and hearing myself, the mic isnt exactly professional broadcast quality, but it isnt bad at all. In fact, I used this headset to record a voiceover for a video project and it sounds great considering I have basically no experience with that sort of thing.Build This is definitely the worst aspect of the headset, but its still not a bad. The headset is all plastic, and feels cheap. On the other hand, this helps contribute to it being lightweight. Ive used these almost every day since I bought them over a year ago, and they are just as good as the day I got them. If they were used by kids who were careless or rough with them, they might not hold up. But for anyone who will treat them with appropriate care, they will hold up for sure.
