Very fast delivery, to install it it's very tricky but if you patience you will manage to assemble it with no problem. my kitten is about 13 weeks so he's exploring it well. I'm very happy with the product a little bit wobbly but I think it's fine for kit

My Ragdoll is okay with my , but I have to lift him to the top shelf, there is no way for him to get up other than the bed which feels feeble to him. Middle shelf should be wider for him to jump up to the next level. All shelves are same width, not right.

The whole thing itself is not the highest quality. It's designed for kittens or smaller than average cats. The hammock doesn't get used because it obviously wobbles. Even if my cat could comfortably fit, the "house" is just fabric around the poles. The top part snapped off after a week because it's not placed in the middle of the board because of the unusable and small tunnel. Now he's just left with the bed on the side which he doesn't fit very well but loves nonetheless. Overall not the greatest purchase, but for what I paid I'm not mad. It's been torn to shreds but he still loves it, there's enough room to lounge and play, that's all that matters to him. My cat absolutely loves this! Have had it for 3 years and it has never broken ! Only thing is that the fur covering the wood makes it harder to put together as the screws are only a certain length. But once its put together its sturdy!

I purchased a cat tower previously 18 months ago and price was really good. But my darling cat Sassie is a hooligan and would jump from anywhere to the top part of the tower. Eventually she slowly bent the top pole we interchanged it with another pole from the bottom of the tower. Again she bent it then about 2 months ago she broke the whole top part of the tower, oh she was upset and knew she had been naughty. So of course I am a good cat mum and bought a new one. Oh we now have a happy cat. She sits on the top in the sunshine looking out of the front window. Again the new one was a very good price and delivered so quickly by Aramax couriers. Love the colour nice and bright. Kitten size only

I am extremely disappointed with my new scratching pole for my 7 kg Ragdoll. It is really only big enough for kittens or very small cats. The top tier is not accessible from the shelf below. My cat jumps from the floor up, however a kitten would not be able to do this. The jute is more like string and Im sure that the fabric will be worn through very fast. I would not recommend this product for any cats.

Love the structure, my kitten jumped straight into the hammock and has been climbing and clawing all over it which is great because now he leaves the curtains alone! Beautiful colour, easy enough to assemble, but it would have been easier if the pieces were labelled as there was some slight confusion but was easy enough to rectify. Great price. Would definitely recommend.

Love the new cat tree. This is my third tree in 5 years and I can tell the difference in quality. The scratchy paw rope looks well sealed on and the carpet is a better quality than the one I was replacing. It arrived a day early so my cats received it on their actual birthday. Was easy to assemble and really sturdy. The cats loved it at once and were jumping and scratching on it while I was assembling it. At one stage my ferret climbed in the hammock underneath. Excellent value for money. Depending on how long this one lasts I doubt I would use another brand again.

Our two kittens love this tree. My young teen daughter and friend put it together without any trouble. The kittens love the scratching posts and playing on or around it and watching the day outside the window from the many levels. And sleeping on it. We chose this tree as it blended in with our home and wasn't unattractive like many are (from a human perspective).

The perfect upgrade

I was on the hunt to find a new cat tower as our current one wasn’t very sturdy. This is perfect! Super sturdy and easy put together. My cat is on the smaller side and all the sleeping nooks are the perfect size for her. Very happy cat mum!
