Right out of the box I noticed a horrible buzzing (bad action) and it couldn't be tuned properly. Poor callibration. No hesitation. Returning as soon as possible for something of better quality. Ibanez isn't what they used to be. Done with them. So disappointing.

Really impressed by this guitar, really lovely to play and not too big a body despite being a dreadnought guitar. The inbuilt EQ is good and the inbuilt tuner is very handy on the go. The guitar sounds great acoustically but sounds even better plugged in, really happy.

Wonderful Instrument, Being a factory second I wasn't expecting much... I am pleased with the quality of the guitar it has a fairly bright tone and the full size standard neck is a breeze to play. This guitar is definitely suitable for a starter instrument... Fit and Finnish are a bit rough in a couple of spots but nothing really bad. The neck action is a bit high and the frets do need polished... Over all I'd say it just needs to be fine tuned a little and it will be definite a keeper. Nice looking guitar overall. There's Odd a combination of nut and bridge bone pegs that don't match each other ... But it's a 2nd A very nice budget guitar, it's a really Good deal at the $150 I spent with shipping.

The overall experience was really fantastic -- the selection is perfect and the service was personal and thorough. We had help from the manager and he did a wonderful job -- made it easy and fun for us.
I bought this play at the beach and campfires and can't believe it sounds this great. Guitar polish and new strings makes this gem come alive!!! Equal to my Taylor without the worry of cosmetics. I have new Planet Waves tuning keys arriving tomorrow with Medium Light strings going on it. Excited 👍
I bought this guitar as a backup to my Martin and chose PMT as I had been let down by another company. I needed it urgently and PMT responded and delivered it within two days. This guitar has a really nice warm sound. The mids are nicely pronounced, and after doing a little work on the fret edges it plays just as good as a Martin 000-17. The finish looks great and is consistent on all the models I've seen. Stays in tune nicely after the strings broke in. For under two hundred you can't beat this guitar!
Overall:At first look the guitar looks nice then you examining the guitar. The body is fine no big flaws. The neck, extremely rough work on the fret board the strings stick and drag when bending the pours in the fretboard is rough. The frets weren’t to bad but sharp when beyond the 15th fret. Moving up the neck you’ll find the plastic nut that was cut so deep that fret buzz is on the last three strings from the first fret down to the 4 th fret. Need to replace nut. Now I’ve looked at the tuners, terrible! The posts are all loose and sloppy with no way to tighten. Need to order new tuners. I know the guitar was just over a couple hundred bucks but it’s going to cost more than $60 in new parts and $150 for a guitar guy to fixing it up so it can be playable. Spend ... I use this guitar for practice and some writing. For the price it's very good. If you're a beginner it will surpass your expectations. If you're an experienced player you will enjoy the tone and not worrying about kicking around on a more expensive guitar.
