I was so impressed with the service and support from Modern Pets. They took the time to discuss my needs and said they would try to fast-track my purchase even though it was a long weekend. Extremely high quality stroller. It feels sturdy, controls well. Very quiet. It runs well over any surface, including loose gravel, dirt, footpaths and roads. The storage options are perfect for carrying extra things while walking the dog. For my senior dog, it's been a lifesaver. She adores getting to sit up high and watch everything happening once she's run out of energy for actually walking. I wish I'd bought it years ago.

Very easy to fold and set up. Well made, very sturdy, plenty of room for my Cavilier to spread out to sleep. Love roomy carry basket underneath, cup holders and larger wheels My cavilier is very happy, safe, secure, protected from weather plus can now be included in huge amount of other outdoor activities.
I bought it for my nearly 14 years old chihuahua after I saw it on website, I really like it. When I received the real item, it doesn’t disappointed me, it is really a great & beautiful stroller. Very strong material & easy to assembling. I received the product just in few days after ordered, thanks for fast delivery. My little old dog dog love it too (he always refuse to try new things), I remembered when I put him into the stroller, he looked very comfy & happy, he sat on it & browser everywhere, looks very enjoyable đź¤.
The stroller arrived very quickly, in time for our holiday. It is so well-designed and well-made. Everything has been thought of. Easy to fold up and open. It’s excellent I wish I’d bought it for him ages ago. Harold is 16.5 years old and is now blind. I’m hoping we will now be able to go on adventures that we both enjoy
My dog has a few health issues which means long walks are not an option for him. This stroller has been fantastic. My dog loves it, as it enables him to get out and about with me again. Highly recommend this product. Very fast delivery too!
My cat is a big fan! I’ve struggled a bit with ways to take him out in the past; he’s a very big, powerfully built lad (7kgs of wriggling muscle!) and he’s a funny shape for typical buckle harnesses and too strong for Velcro ones. Cat carriers and backpacks are too small; dog carriers and coops just aren’t easy to carry around! This pram is perfect- spacious enough for him to stretch and turn around, with a great 360 view. He loves to play “hide” behind the various solid panels as he peers out the mesh ones. I have a physical disability that limits my hand mobility and strength; I find it easy to manage the zip, the folding mechanism, and to push and pull the pram. I am much less concerned about other people’s poorly socialised quarantine dogs when I take my cat out ... MoreMy cat is a big fan! I like that Modern Pets is an Australian company who obviously care a lot about feedback, and their other reviews make it clear that they are usually responsive and good at what they do, however my experience was a little disappointing; it took almost a week from the date that I made the order to when they dispatched the pram- I expected it to be quicker. Australia post delivered it relatively quickly considering the circumstances (COVID had closed the sorting depo) so, yes, I definitely felt the delay in the dispatch as the only negative part of the entire purchase!
The pram is beautifully made and folds up neatly so it fits in a small car. Our 16 year old dog is only happy walking the footpaths he knows. His eyesight is not so good. So when we go to a market day in town or sightseeing on holiday, we will put him in the pram. He is still getting used to it, but can sit comfortably or lie down. The suspension is nice and springy, good for going over rougher surfaces. I am pleased with our purchase.
