The package was obviously re-sealed and there are many scratches over the item.
If only the motor was stronger, this would be great. But once the liquid starts to freeze the motor struggles to cut through the most frozen bits of ice cream. It slows and stops. At first we thought that was just the process but then realized it was just stuck. It unintentionally stops turning near the end of every batch. Every time we use it we have to be on alert to open the lid and manually push through the ice cream so the motor can continue. Didn't expect that. Wouldn't buy again.
Be aware that the machine comes with EU plug (or at least mine did).Otherwise, it works as expected :)

Only just started using, first batch was really smooth and perfectly churned.The machine is quite noisy, but I think no more than any other machine as it has to run compressor to cool the ingredients which it did very effectively.Only negative is way the bowl fits in machine, this needs careful alignment.
Works really well, consistently - highly recommended. Minor point: the gloss black top surface is prone to scratching. But still a great choice, and I’ve been very happy with it over multiple years
