Awful. Don't waste your money!
Would give no stars if I could. I ordered the 'After Dark". The first one I ordered arrived broken because it wasn't packed properly. Was sent a replacement. Did not apply smoothly and creased horribly. Sticky wet texture which did eventually dry but I had to reapply after only an hour as it creased so badly I had "bald" spots on my eyelids. I even double checked the above video to make sure I was applying it correctly. And I can't even return it because apparently they don't accept returns if product has been used. Not sure how you're supposed to know if you like it or not without using it?! Because of the return policy, I will NEVER buy from Iconic London again. It looks so pretty in the pictures, but nothing like that on. If I could include a picture I would. Do ... MoreWould give no stars if I could. I ordered the 'After Dark". Beautiful!
I have a few shades of this product now, and they're so good that I'm eyeing up the rest! They're perfect for both a quick eye that looks like you've spent ages perfecting it, or to add to an already elaborate eye look because of the unique double ended aspect. The crayon side is really creamy and super blendable, with loads of pigment, and the glitters and show-stoppingly shimmery and add an extra level of 'wow' to your look. I'd recommend patting the glitter side on (there's no fall out due to the clever formulation so no need to worry about these ruining your base!) for maximum drama! Wildflower is a personal favourite so far, but I'm thinking of picking up Goldmine next as I think it'll be perfect for party season!... Show more

Beautiful Color but be careful with the bullet
I love this color and this brand. I bought two of these, “NECTAR” is the color I’m reviewing here. For some reason it wouldn’t click on the right color. Anyway, it’s very easy to apply, I used eye shadow primer and it worked great. I caution you to be careful with the bullet, as the stick falls right out of it. It works great you just need to be mindful of it. I bought it on sale and I love it!... Show more

Conflicted
While I do really like some of the products there are definitely quality control issues. I didn’t receive the gift with purchase and had to reach out. I was asked to send in a picture of the products I received. Well…. Ok. Not cool. I pay ahead for products in good faith and don’t receive everything and then I have to spend more time and work to prove my end. Got the boxes back out and did that and was sent the item. Next order I placed two of the three items (shadow sticks) came broken. Emailed again and was asked for pictures. For Pete’s sakes. I was going back and forth to the hospital for a family member and did not have time for that. I sent an email which wasn’t read in completion and told that they couldn’t do anything without pictures and regarding the items ... I sent an email which wasn’t read in completion and told that they couldn’t do anything without pictures and regarding the items I purchased at Sephora. If the email was read they would clearly know that I mentioned liking the brands items purchased at Sephora and that lead me to order from their site which had become problematic with quality control and errors on their end and then making me send pictures and take more time on my end was becoming unacceptable. Received a robotic response to send pics or they cannot help me. Not going to order from them anymore. Just not good business... Show more

great product but faulty packaging
I absolutely loved using and wearing these.. I had the wildflower and gold one. They went on so nicely. However, BOTH crayons in each stick fell out the first time I opened them. I thought it was only one so I was going to get a replacement but then they second one did the same.. I think it's a product error and I can't justify investing $30 for something that is faulty. I could make it work but not for the money I spent. I returned both but I hope they make a better version for this product where the crayons do not fall out. Other than that, it was lovely, did not irritate my eyes, and stayed in place. Very sad but had to return them!... Show more

Loved the colors but all three times the product broke early
I loved the three shades I tried - Goldmine, Rose Gold, and Onyx - but every single time they crayon broke all the way out of the container. I'm physically weak, so it doesn't make sense to me that I'm being too rough (but by the third I was being very careful anyway). The crayon was also tough to apply and required more than one application. I also did like the liquid bit more but had to be light using it otherwise it would take forever to dry. They were so pretty, but they had too many problems especially for their price point.... Show more

My mum’s all time favourites
I have been buying these for my mum, she is a very glamorous 78 but has bad arthritis in her hands. These are so easy for her to use. They look amazing and the shades are beautiful. She has 4 now and I have 2… I love them for quick looks. They are fool proof (I recommend blending the edges with a finger if you want a diffused look, it’s more effective than a brush, then dab or swipe the glitter on. So easy! If you have hooded lids then I recommend looking down or closing your eyes for a minute or less whilst the glitter dries so it doesn’t transfer). They give you a 2 minute look that one would think took ages. And they do not budge… I’ve danced for hours and been a sweaty mess but my eyeshadow still looks bang on.... Show more

Not Good
I love this brand, but this product was not good. The product was either old or just bad altogether. Liquid was very minimal and felt dry, and the stick was hard to apply. The shadow that I was able to add was lighter and more shimmery than expected. I was really hoping this would be similar to IT Cosmetics shadow sticks, so I'll just have to go back to using that brand. Will be returning.... Show more

Paler colours are better than the darker cllours
I have 5 of these crayons and I thought they were excellent and easy to use until I got the after hours/blue glitter colour. Whilst all the other colours I have are easy to apply and smudge out, ‘after hours’ has really let me down and I feel like I’ve just wasted £17. The colour is paler than expected. And layering is a big no no. As soon as you apply another layer in an attempt to get better coverage/depth of colour, it just becomes more and more patchy. Even a single layer isn’t really smudgable, you certainly can’t blend it out like the other colours I have. Really disappointed as I bought the colour specifically to enhance my Christmas outfit. Why is it so different from the others I have? Champagne, mirage, volcanic and nectar are all really simple and ... Why is it so different from the others I have? Champagne, mirage, volcanic and nectar are all really simple and straight forward to use. I have no difficulty in achieving an amazing finished look with those colours. But after hours is a different kettle of fish. It’s like it’s got a completely different formula which inhibits a clean even look. I’ve even tried it with different primers etc hoping that it would work better. It just doesn’t work the same, which is disappointing. Incidentally, after hours was the only one where the crayon has not come in it of its holder during delivery. This issue hasn’t bothered me too much as I simply melted the ends and stuck each one back into the holder. This is another reason that I think there is a distinct difference in the formulation. The inconsistency across the colour options definitely lets this product down... Show more
