This was a great choice of pillow. I chose this as a mid-range item. The two things that in my opinion let it down would be that it could be longer and also the zip is in the middle underneath so can be a tad annoying if you like to sleep with your hand under the pillow. Still a very comfortable pillow though.

I bought this pillow on the 11th. I might as well sleep with no pillow at all since it is so flat and the pictures and clip are misleading. Am I supposed to change the side of the pillow everytime I turn in my sleep from back to side? It is so expensive too, for a rather flat piece of padding. I tried returning this but the Blue Dart delivery person calls incessantly and does not arrive when he says he will. When you have a busy day, am I supposed to wait an entire day for the Blue Dart person to figure out his way to my home? It is rubbish that IKEA says Easy Returns. This is simply not true.

I have been dealing with neck pain for weeks. I tried different pillows, but I still had pain. I decided to buy an ergonomic pillow that would fit my neck. When I saw this pillow in the showroom, I knew it would help me.The pillow has curves on both sides. The taller side is for back sleepers, and the shorter side is for side sleepers. I find that the shorter side works perfectly for me.

I wish it was a little thicker and firmer, but for the price, honestly, no complaints!It’s been great so far and arrived WAY quicker than anticipated. I’ve been looking into ergonomic pillows and wasn’t comfortable with investing in a more costly one without being sure of what I needed. This one helps me get an idea of what I do and don’t want, so for now, it’s great, but I know what I’ll be looking for later on.I think for someone with a smaller frame (like a more dainty woman or teen/child), the size/firmness would be great. But for taller women with broader shoulders or men, it’s something to note. Having ann additional, flatter, pillow underneath for more height and support does the trick just fine.
We mistakenly bought 3 of these. Unfortunately we found them to hard to sleep on. To high for back sleeping, woke up with a neck ache. To hard for side sleeping unless you have no ears then they would be fine. I wish I had only bought one. Bought 3 to get free delivery. I wouldn't recommend however this is only a personal opinion others might find them comfortable.

Since using it, my sleep quality has gone steadily downhill but I thought it was due to completely changing out my frame/mattress/topper and I was unused to it. After about a week I was waking up multiple times a night, and last night I was unable to sleep at all as I experienced muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders as well as pressure pain around my head. If you look at this pillow, you can see that the underside is slightly curved rather than flat (I'm not talking about the sleeping surface side which has a lower side and a higher side). The pillow lowers when you put your head on it (not what I wanted), but what is really annoying is that with only part of the pillow base at rest on the bed, the pillow squirts out from under my head like a watermellon seed.
