I originally was put off by others reviews, so I tested the mattress out in the shop. It was very comfortable, I compared it to 2 others that were more expensive, I liked this one the cheaper one. I don’t know why people are saying it’s too hard, it’s a great cheap m, comfortable mattress! Thanks IKEA!

If I could give no stars I would! If you would have asked me about IKEAs customer service before this incident I would have said how good it is, how different I feel now! They sell items that can’t be used for what they are sold for then refused to do anything about it! The call centre lie and pay you lip service. In store they are rude and refuse to help. Just don’t shop there it’s cheap for a reason it’s rubbish!

After only a few days of purchase, i cannot say much about its durability. What I can say is about my dissapointment with the "firmness" of the matress. Its not firm; it might be firmer than the other alternative but its still soft and comfy. If I select FIRM I expect FIRM... returning this is a nightmare... so now I'm stuck with a soft-firm matress... just dissapointed.

They sell items that can’t be used for what they are sold for then refused to do anything about it! The call centre lie and pay you lip service. In store they are rude and refuse to help. The mattress - VESTERÖY pckt spr matt 80x200 - says it is 200cm in length on the website - on the order it says it is 200cm in length - on the mattress packaging it says it is 200cm in length.However when rolled out it is only 190 cm in length - leaving a gap on the bed.Not impressed!Solution would be to have a mattress the size I ordered - IKEA to arrange pick up - while delivering a mattress of the correct size - I have not the means of transportation for an unrolled mattress.Apart from that the mattress has the comfort I require!
We bought 2 of these to put together to make a superking bed for the caraven and they are quite comfy. I would say that we put a mattress topper on in the first instance which made it too soft and absolutely wrecked our backs so we removed it and since then, the mattress has been better. All in all a good buy for the money.
I bought this for my toddlers floor bed but he refuses to sleep in it alone.Over this Christmas, we had visitors come over so I slept on it and it was really comfortable.Considering it was so cheap I expected to get what I paid for but I actually got more in terms of comfort.I would recommend this bed to anyone who's looking for one.
While self happy with it, partner has indicated soreness, top padding not adequate (a local topper is used now) while sitting on side edges person can slide off. getting used to pocket springs. would not recommend for senior citizens
May have been our fault for trying to jump from a memory foam to a pocket sprung, but despite being wary because of the low price and only 180cm depth took a chance. Unfortunately the step was too far and despite being very supportive it just wasn’t that comfortable and no cosy feeling, so ended up having to return it.We went for firm, after a firm memory foam, but perhaps the med/firm would have been better, but the limited foam depth over the springs means there was little comfort factor which wasn’t evident from the 10 minute try out in the store.After a little bit of stress (they don’t roll back up well for return) IKEA were great with the return after a week and we went for the new Aneeland hybrid in med/firm. More expensive but we’ll worth it and very happy ... Very comfortable, no new smell which is great and has a 10 year warrenty. We are getting a good night's sleep. Love that the mattress is rolled up when you purchase - this made picking up & transporting incredibly easy and can easily be done by 1 person. Fitted into my Ford Territory no worries.
I had bought HÖVÅG pckt spr matt DBL firm/dark grey AP before I purchases this and now they have discontinued selling that mattress anymore i think the reason is that bed sags exactly happened to me. I had used that mattress for a year though and now yes it started sagging and I couldn't slept on it to the point that my back started hurting. And now before 3 months I exchanged it for Ikea with their refund and exchange policy I got this mattress. I am not the person who can afford hundreds in mattress. So I chose Ikea and still chose this mattress and now just in about 2 months guess what? it starts to sag. Now this is worst than before. I would even have made peace with myself had it lasted a year and now I called Ikea for an exchange they would not do it as per ...
