What a joke. Followed the template too a tee and aa others have said it's out about 7-8mm on the deadbolt so it won't work. What a joke. Just ruined a 500 dollar door from poor product quality

There is an upgraded version ( in a carton box rather than in plastic) that have a few improvements e.g fixing the template issue, two different sets of screws to suit different thickness of the door. The only downside of it is the 54mm holes it recommends seem to be too big than what needed.

We got the product that was in a box, not the version in the plastic sealed packaging (same item, just different packaging) and we did not have any problems with the template, so this seems to be fixed which I assume is because we got the boxed version.It works well, will hopefully stand the test of time
Door handle has a lovely brass gold finish and feels strong & sturdy. The only drawer back is the template was inaccurate and should not be followed. Manufacturer should review their instruction template to ensure errors are avoided. I had employed a door specialist and read the previous review avoiding any issue but for anyone else, it would be a frustrating mistake that could cost more to fix
Template doesn’t work. You need to move the dead bolt up 7mm because the spindle passes through offset to the centre line.
Should be 0 stars, instructions are wrong, does not align at all. Complete waste of money and now ruined a brand new door. Do not purchase!!
Nice looking door levers, however template is WRONG!!! Lucky I have an exceptional builder that clued on before too much damage was done.. Buyer beware!!!
