Awesome door magnets. We installed these so we could keep doors open. Work a treat. Have had for a year and the magnets still work 100%.

They screw on but after a few months they do not unscrew. Pliers don't work, they wreck the paint finish. Lubricant doesn't work. You have to wreck the door to get them off. AVOID THIS GARBAGE PRODUCT which causes rather than solves problems.

They are easy to install, look great and function perfectly. We put the longer piece in the door and smaller on the skirtings to make vacuuming easier. Love them!!!

I purchased for our bedroom doors, and they looked so great that I've brought more to replace the rest of the door stoppers that came with the house. Very easy to install and remove if you've got a head on your shoulders. At the time of writing, this product has 1 other review at 1 star. Ignore this review. The person has included a picture where they've tried to remove using plyers around the middle, and they've stripped the paint right off. What else was going to happen? Anyone else trying to remove, use a shifter or similar on the magnetic part at the top. It's a flat, solid spot, so you get good grip, and it's already silver, so you shouldn't take any paint off.
Great product, but beware they make a very loud Clank! noise when the magnet fastens to the socket, and it takes a good deal of power to break it free from that hold again. I've tried a few things to dampen this including those soft close adhesive pads, but they really just needs a 2mm thick coating of rubber and it would have probably done the job better. With the above aside, they are super easy to install, and they will withstand a hurricane of wind gusts if that's your primary concern lol!
