Makes the best wood fired pizza dough. Having recently just purchased a wood fired pizza oven, I've tried several recipes and different brands of flour. This particular brand has been the best BY FAR in making good quality and delicious pizza bases.

Perfect!!! I used this sample for some home made pizzas and a classic German cake: Bee Sting Cake or Bienenstich. The flour was perfect, it definitely makes a difference when you use the right flour for yeast base baked goods. I loved how the packaging had two recipes for the use of it. Its on average the same price as most flours on the shelf. I took one star off only for the fact its an Italian product and I much rather support local producers. In saying this its a great quality flour and I would highly recommend it. Thank you bunch for a great sample. I probably would not purchase in the future as we use Laucke flour which is local and has you covered with many different variety of flours.

The best dough flour ever. This product is of a very high quality and is great for making doughs or bread like products. Fine in consistency and easy to use. Packaging looks fantastic. This flour made one of the best pizza bases I had tasted in a long time. Price was a little more than I would usually pay for flour but quality does always cost a little more. I highly recommend giving this flour a go even if it is only for a special treat.

Perfect Focaccia. I used this product to make focaccia. Nice smooth flour which was perfect for the focaccia. The dough was airy and light. My recipe requires the dough to be in the fridge for 24 hours to prove and baked the next day. The finished product was soft and exactly the right texture. 'Tipo 00' is the best flour for pizza and focaccia dough.
MY SECRET to crispiest thin crust. I can pick up a XXL pizza on a knife blade. Why would I want to? Because the crust is sooo thin & crisp. My secret is you stretch your base onto a HEAVY pan until it’s nearly see through -if you get a hole just push or patch it back together; you’re not going to see it. Try not to deflate the edges. Then cook on a double hot plate till you have a nice char on the bottom before finishing in the top of your oven heated full whack for <5mins. This flour is great for sourdough (let sit in a bowl overnight). It has a lot of tooth and any leftovers reheat better. You can use all 00 or 1/2 or even a 1/4to regular will be a superior pizza.
My go-to flour. I have brought this product many times before and its failsafe. My Husband uses this to make our homemade pizza bases, and we find this flour to be the best, our pizza bases stretch beautifully without being too sticky and taste divine. Have also used this flour to make homemade pasta and it was wonderful. Such a fantastic flour, and versatile.
Great for pizza and pasta. We normally buy the Australian baking flours but we have bought this on a number of occasions when our usual brand was unavailable. This was a good flour to work with for pizza and pasta. Quite expensive, but is occasionally on special. Shame it was imported. We would buy again if we had to!
Silky smooth texture. I have used this product in the past. We buy this flour for home made pizza bases. It's super fine and yields a texture unmatched by your standard flours. More pricey, but worth buying for a higher quality food item or special cake. Will buy again!
Best Flour. Okay so this flour has already had the hard work done for you, it is light and airy and this reflects in your products that you bake. You cannot beat the quality and I will always use this product. My bread and pizza doughs always come out perfectly and the dough rises beautifully. We love this especially for our wood fired pizzas which everybody say are the best! Yes I am biased Will recommend this flour to all.
The best flour. This flour makes excellent pizza dough. The taste and texture is outstanding, it's my favourite brand to use for pizzas. It's $3 for 1kg, which makes 3 large pizzas bases. I recommend this flour if you make your own pizza dough and haven't tried this brand before. This was not a sample, but a regular purchase I make.
