Bought and received within 2 weeks of online purchase.The carpet is as described and looks.I however thought it would be of a fluffy feel but it is not.It still feels soft and comfortable to the touch.It is thinner then what i assumed ( see attached Photos)All in all pretty happy with both the service and product.

The rug is exactly as described l, very comfortable underfoot and does not lift or provide a trip hazard. Very happy with my rug and delivery was seamless and professional and way ahead of the expected date. I totally recommend this company you won't be disappointed. Five stars all the way.

We have 2 cats, one throws up a lot because he eats too fast, the other one sheds a lot. This rug is exactly what we wanted, very low and easy to clean. Doesn't trap hair either. Very happy with price as well!

Love my new rug that I recently purchased. Its so light weight perfect for small houses. It's compliments my furniture and decor very well. Will be purchasing a round rug very soon.

More of a mat than a rug

This is more of a mat with a digital print on it than an actual rug with pile. The finishing on the edges is also basic and ordinary. It reminds me of a kids rubber playmat in texture and feel. Very disappointed. If I had known beforehand, I would not have ordered it. Best to view rugs in person than order online!

Rug Culture Illusions Power Loomed

I bought one rug. Liked it so much I came back to buy a second one for another room. It's well made and looks more expensive than it is. I prefer these power loomed rugs as they offer more consistency. The rugs rest flat and firm and are easy to clean and maintain. Always fast friendly service delivery by Appliances Online. Good value for money.

Rug is not to my liking

Rug is very thin and in my opinion is not worth the money I paid for it. Looks fabulous in photos..Tried to contact the supplier for a refund and to this date has not responded to my email. Also, don't expect your rug to get to you in a hurry, the carrier they use are useless. You call only to be anwered by an automated voice and still don't get the answer or response you called about.
