Love the oven so far. Just a couple of comforts from our old oven missing1. You can’t see the time when the oven is turned on2. The timer isn’t displayed when in use so you can’t see how long there is left to go on the timer.If there’s a way to change these settings I haven’t worked it out yet. The manual doesn’t indicate you can change what you see on the panel.

After only 3 weeks since installation, this oven seems easy to use and to clean; feature list is extensive and cover all cooking styles I like. Only query: the user manual suggests that temperatures ought to be reduced from past use by 15°C; I do not find this necessary.Controls are nicely placed, clear, and uncluttered.
I love my new Ilve oven, only thing is that when it's on, the clock does not display, which i really miss.

I’m still adjusting to my new oven, but like another reviewer have found that you do not have to reduce the recipe temperature at all and in fact I have found that I have had to increase the temperature slightly. I’ve been into the ILVE store in Osborne Park and i was pleased to hear that they do cooking lessons there. Im hoping that they will put me on the correct path.
