The most wonderful aroma. I receive so many positive comments when using the In Essence Stress blend. I have tried other stress blends, but this brand is the only one I use. Do yourself a favour, try it, not cheap but well worth the money and you only need a few drops.
If you're struggling with anything, especially lockdown-related stress or anxiety, this blend could help. I use it on days I'm feeling down and definitely feel a difference.
