The skin soaks up this carrier oil too quickly for it to be a useful massage oil. It’s a luxurious moisturiser though, that leaves your hands feeling healthy and hydrated.

Also good for the hair. Just look at the skin of the people who live in places they grow it. I have used it successfully as a sunscreen - leaving me with a perfect tan.
